Absolutely -- you have the makings of a really strong review, especially because you can speak from…read more20+ years of customer-service experience. I'd make it enthusiastic and personal while still sounding authentic rather than like an advertisement. Here's a polished version that keeps your specific experiences and gives Gracie and Billie Lou the recognition they deserve: If I could give White Rabbit 10 stars, I would. I recently had the opportunity to work with White Rabbit in Carmel, Indiana, and honestly, I'm not sure I've ever experienced a service business quite like this one. I've worked in customer service myself for over 20 years, and I can say without hesitation that White Rabbit delivers one of the most personalized, attentive, and genuinely custom-tailored customer experiences I've ever encountered. From the moment you walk through the door, it doesn't feel like a typical vehicle wrap shop. It feels more like a custom boutique where every detail matters. The facility is incredibly clean, organized, and professional. You genuinely get the impression that everyone there cares about the business as if they own it -- and that is something you don't see often. The communication was outstanding from start to finish. Every phone call, every question, every little detail was handled with patience and certainty. They didn't just tell me what they could do -- they explained everything, answered every question, and then delivered exactly what they said they would... and more. I especially want to give a HUGE shout-out to Gracie, who took care of me from day one. She gave me one of the coolest facility tours I've ever experienced and was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. Her communication was honestly some of the best I've experienced from anyone in this industry. She kept me informed, answered every question, and made the entire process feel effortless. And I have to believe a lot of that comes from the top. Billie Lou, the owner, has clearly built more than just a business -- she has cultivated a team. The way her employees interact with customers, the pride they take in their work, and the attention to detail throughout the facility really speaks volumes about the culture she has created. The installation team was phenomenal as well. You could tell they weren't simply there to do a job and go home. They took pride in what they were doing. Everything was clean, organized, precise, and professional. I honestly don't think I saw a single tool out of place. And here's something I didn't even realize going in: White Rabbit is about much more than vehicle wraps. Of course, they do wraps, tint, and other vehicle customization, but they also do some seriously cool custom work for your home. And yes -- I said your home! They can also do custom printing for things like murals and other design projects. Once you see what they're capable of, you start realizing the possibilities go way beyond just wrapping a vehicle. If you're considering having your vehicle wrapped, tinted, customized, or you have a creative project for your home or business, do yourself a favor and check out White Rabbit. And if you're reading this review, go look at their social media. Their work speaks for itself. I walked in expecting a great experience and walked out genuinely impressed by the people, the craftsmanship, the facility, and the entire culture of the company. White Rabbit absolutely nailed it. Huge thanks to Gracie, Billie Lou, and the entire White Rabbit team. You've earned a customer for life. Instagram: @whiterabbitwraps TikTok: @white.rabbit.wraps

Eventually, they moved into this two storefront location a bit west on East 82nd Street. They share space with Rumble, a boxing/fitness outfit that recently hosted a Yelp event. This is definitely a much smaller spot. Self-serve options are more limited, though they do exist including the ability to copy. The maximum package weight that can be shipped here is 150 lbs. Despite being much smaller, this location still offers both printing and shipping services. Printing services include self-service copying, scanning, and faxing. They also include shredding, copy/print, free wi-fi hotspot, passport photos/renewals/expediting, direct mail, computer all-access stations, architecture/construction/engineering prints, business cards, flyers, postcards, labels, promo products, custom-branded boxes, padded mailers, and more. Shipping services include getting a shipping label, express drop-off, ground drop-off, being able to hold both express and ground packages for pickup (great for those not able to be home for a package), QR code returns, return shipping, packing, packaging supplies, and international shipping. There are two accessible parking spots directly in front of Rumble with a curb-cut. There's a blue-striped spot between the two spots for wheelchair access (technically NOT ADA since ADA requires blue stripe access for both passenger and driver). Still, it's better than most. There's a single glass entry doorway. It's within visibility of the counter if assistance is needed, though when I entered the sole employee was in the back. I only needed to ship out a lab test on this visit. It was pre-packaged with a shipping label already affixed. The employee took the box, gave me a receipt, explained tracking, and we were done. He was friendly, efficient, and I was out pretty quickly. A customer actually opened the door for me on the way out. I spent many special projects hanging out at the old Kinko's. I've always kind of missed it, but time moves on. This was a solid visit to this new location and I won't hesitate to go back if needed. While it seems easier to just have FedEx drive by the house to pick up a package, I've always found drop-off easier and this worked quite well.

There weren't any issues with any of the boxes - he just had to scan them. Also, not sure why FedEx has a location that doesnt have an automatic door. Its a brand new building - why not put one in??
