FIND ANOTHER MED SPA xExcellence med is wayyyyy better and most importantly they do not treat there…read morepatients like crap! If I could give zero stars, I would. I truly thought this place was friendly, but I was completely wrong. I came in as a walk-in just to pick up my shots to take home. I didn't mind waiting--that wasn't the issue. The issue started when I politely asked how much longer it would take because my mother was waiting for me outside. The doctor came in with an extremely snarky attitude, making unnecessary comments like, "Clearly if you didn't need anyone to inject you, you would've just taken it and walked right out of the office." She then sucked her teeth and said, "You're not even an appointment, you're just a walk-in," in a very rude tone. Later, when I tried to schedule another appointment over the phone, they told me not to come back because they "didn't feel comfortable." For the record, I never gave anyone an attitude, never raised my voice, and was never disrespectful. It's perfectly normal for someone to ask how long! But what is not normal is the lack of remorse the doctor gives only about herself I could sue her I wanted to for the nasty comments she made! but the way I was treated was completely unprofessional and uncalled for and they made me feel sad! After they hurt my feelings! I will never return to this place, and I will make sure others know how deceitful they are. I'm very public online--with over 1 million followers on YouTube and Instagram--and I will absolutely share my experience. Beware of Miami Lakes Med Spa.

My first time here…read more I finally had the chance to use my Mother's Day gift And I loved it The place is very nice inside. It felt clean, the building looks new and up to date on the inside. It was a bit cold But, their cover ups are very cozy and warm. Plus they also offer warm refreshments if anything... so no boggy Everyone I spoke with during my relaxing time in here was very nice and friendly. I saw they have great deals and even pretty affordable memberships for different treatments such as laser hair removal, massage, facials etc I would most likely be coming back as long. As I continue to live in this area Thanks to Yessenia, my facial lady and I forgot the masseuse name. But they were both great

A friend of mine went right after me as well and so I know that when she was telling me "you are pretty bad" it wasn't just because she was trying to sell me something or make me come back as she told my friend "you are not bad at all". The lady who did the colonic was extremely passionate about eating healthy and maintaing a positive health overall. She advised me not to each so much raw fish as she could tell that I was (won't explain how). It would be nice to say that I could give up my Doraku addiction but that won't be happening anytime soon so for now I will have to just keep coming back! This place is honestly in the middle of nowhere in a tiny little center but it's worth the drive! If you need a good internal cleaning, I definitely recommend them.

Anyway, as soon as I got my voucher I called and made an appointment with the merchant right away. On the morning of my appointment, I called the merchant for confirmation. I was confirmed for a 4:30 p.m. slot. I work in Downtown Miami so I left an hour early for this treatment. When I arrived at the location I got a voicecall from Tanya, [the therapist] canceling my appointment - right at the parking lot! I was so furious. I did not even get a chance to see the facility. Needless to say I called the company and complained about this last minute cancelation. The guy that I spoke to was very apologetic. He was not even aware that my appointment has been canceled. My experienced with this company left a sour taste in my mouth. I've contacted LivingSocial asking for a full credit or refund.
