Hm.
Where do I start? Probably with me just having to have one of my faves: Moscow Mule -knew they'd have a fancy version in a copper mug. Well, I ordered two of 'em. Got two weird-tasting ones with Ginger-Ale instead of Ginger Beer (eek, didn't like that). Asked nicely to replace them and to hand me out the usual one I intended to order. Bartender resisted, I insisted (nicely) - so after some discussing I finally got the drink I love and the drink I ordered and was totally willing to pay for it.
After a while I realized that my friend had the same discussion with the other bartender and we ended up getting 4 Moscow Mules (as I said, my previous intention was just to have one good example of my favorite drink and to enjoy the evening). So now we ended up with four of 'em and they wanted us to pay for the misunderstanding by having us getting charged for the quadruple set of drinks. Getting aware of my friend's discussion with the other female bartender I realized that her tone was the opposite of a good bartender's tone: aggressive, impolite, not forth-coming at all. (Isn't it a bartenders actual job to make the guests feel nice about the place where they're paying mostly for the work the bartenders are supposed to do?) I told her to keep down her voice and to do her job and treat my friend in a nice way which made her even more aggressive...
Well the discussion (that wasn't an actual discussion in my view) kinda got outa control and I ENDED UP GETTING KICKED OUT OF THE PLACE (first time and probably last in my life - I am a nice girl, you know, just wanted to make up the situation).
The security guy came, told me to discuss outside, which I accepted (was pretty loud in there). But once out, he told us to just walk away - screwed us! That discussion never happened.
I was a bit angry, yep, but also quite amused about my first time getting kicked out of a place for an absolute ridiculous reason!
As you can guess by that quite explicit review, I wouldn't really recommend the place for a nice night out.
There are other places in this city where you can get really nice Moscow Mules.
Cheers, peepz, stay tuned
