They have fairly low rates and have increased my line of credit when I asked. No complaints here. I don't work on Capitol Hill anymore, but do all my banking online, so its still very easy.

Not really familiar with how to navigate the mobile app. Being affiliated with another since 1995 which made things seem normal. I've made several calls In for assistance. They tried multiple times to text a one time initiation. It didn't come through then and still will not. Another day for that. Finally I went in, met Sherisse, presented my problem while adding that the sign on door suggests using opposite entrance. There was no way to connect from one building to the bank. Who suggested that door decal? Please take it down. Nonetheless, the two of us shared a laugh while Sherisse initiated the correct way to deposit on mobile. Oh don't misunderstand that I didn't do it correctly, ( as I thought) It was put in the wrong account which made an issue. Sherisse was extremely kind, great listener, very patient and warm. I felt as if we've known each other. Whatever the core values are for this branch I'm pretty sure she excelled. Thanks again for your tutelage.

It has been so helpful to work with Kevin these past couple of months! When my husband and…read more I were initially searching for some support with our finances, we were looking for someone who could meet us at our level and explain financial topics in ways we could understand ( HSAs, Roth IRAs, Traditional IRAs, HYSAs, etc.) We were looking for someone who help us understand our current financial picture and whether we were saving enough to be able to retire at our desired age, be able to enjoy our current hobbies of traveling, and pay for medical expenses we will have. As a woman who got married later and came to my marriage with assets, I wanted to make sure I was making smart financial decisions with regards to my investments, savings, and spending habits as I know I will take home less money than my husband. We found that in Kevin and are so grateful for his knowledge and guidance. Kevin has helped me understand my financial portfolio and adjust my investment choices to match my financial goals. He has a unique approach to providing guidance with regards to finances which involves front loading the work together with weekly meetings the first month followed by check-ins and continued financial information through articles on various financial topics. We highly recommend working with Kevin if you are looking for solid guidance around your finances.

Kevin has been such an incredible asset in my life. I knew that I was not confident in how to…read morehandle money and the stressors of bills and student loans after graduating and starting my first full time job. I also didn't know if I was being too hasty in pursuing a financial advisor when I was just starting out; was the investment in a financial planner worth it considering I had little assets, a moderate paycheck, and student loan debt? Since I was rather anxious in not wanting to make mistakes that could impact the rest of my financial life, I decided to look into Kevin. His website drew me in with his focus on millennials and the unique financial challenges we face. He seemed real and truthful which is what I was looking for above all else. Someone to give me real, concrete advice, and not take advantage of me considering my limited understanding in "adult" finances. After my first free consultation I knew I was in good hands and that his website accurately reflected his values. Although it was a financial investment to get a financial planner, Kevin has helped me set up a future that is beyond worth the money I spent/spend. We continue to have check-ins as my financial situation changes and he never holds judgement when I need a concept explained or broken down considering money has a lot of jargon. I now feel confident in my plans for paying off my student debt, investing in my future, and living a normal life all at the same time. I recommend him to all my friends and coworkers when conversations turn to finances as we all navigate this often challenging money world.
