"No job is too big or to small..."…read more ... except, apparently, my job. A phone number was all I could locate for Roe's Repairs--no possibility of submitting a form, no email address. So I texted the owner with the details of the most complicated of 4 items that I needed taken care of. All in all, probably a half day's work. The message was read about 3 hours after I sent it, but that didn't elicit a reply, not even a quick text to let me know that Roe's schedule is full and that they're not taking on new work. This was the 7th handyman I've contacted. It seems nobody wants or needs work. [sigh]

On his first visit, Carlos thoroughly cleaned and sanded the deck. He also went above and beyond by power-washing underneath it, an area that desperately needed attention. Carlos was prompt, honest, upfront about pricing, and clear about what needed to be done. I am extremely happy that I hired him, and my deck now looks great and meets my HOA's requirements. I cannot recommend Carlos highly enough. He does excellent work and is an even better person.
