Problem was, he delegated the case to one of his less than capable underwriters. I understand that he cannot do all the work but when I brought it to his attention half way through the case, nothing was resolved. Once the case was done I brought it to his attention again, after a 20 minute conversation about his underwriters incompetence he replied "well you can take me to court!" Of course this comment was made after he was paid in full! I would not recommend this firm to anyone. Don't let it happen to you.

Jamie Noel had me sign off on my enhanced benefits and told me she would ruin my life because I confronted her about her not acting in my best interests. They raped me of my identity and recovery as well . After the discovery process that led to my confrontations with Jaimie she was removed as lawyer for my behaviour towards the fact she had not acted professionally or otherwise to be treated like a child and made comments about my reading abilities because I signed off on my settlement .

They keep on top of things and will answer anything you may need to know. And that's almost instantly. They have insights to how you should proceed, giving you viable options, and sound advice. Above that, there is something in these people that you rarely find anywhere. In any business. They do what they are supposed to, and then go the extra mile. And what you find is kindness. Yes, kindness. Where do you see that anywhere these days? They actually care. And they completely understand human emotion in the face of sometimes horrible and tragic circumstances. Sadly disappointed and hope nobody else receives the poor service that I did. Would advise potential clients to look for legal help elsewhere.
