We were leaving Radium and heading for the Shuswaps and I called up Tri-Crown to see if we could stop in and have it looked at. John was incredibly accomodating, even though they were already very busy, and let us know that even if we got into town after hours, he would make sure to stick around to take a look at it. We made it in during the afternoon, he diagnosed the problem, fixed it up and we were on our way in no time. I can't say enough about how kind and informative and helpful John was. I wish that we lived in BC so that we could use their services on a regular basis! If you need anything at all, RV and trailer related, there is no better place than here.

I bought a used car here and it was hands down the best car buying experience ever!…read moreI should start off by saying that typically car buying is my least favorite activity ever! I've purchased 4 previous vehicles and this was just the best experience. I normally always have my mom or dad with me when I purchase a car but due to the pandemic I was unable to have them with me. So I was pretty stressed about having to buy a car alone. After shopping around, I came into the dealership and was just treated with so much kindness and respect. Just my luck I went to a family run dealership!? So fortunate! They helped me find exactly what I wanted and most importantly within my budget. I can't rave about this dealership enough!
