I've been ordering from Badass Glass for three years now, and I've ordered at least six different pieces from them. I have no complaints about this company. The shipping is fast, don't forget the discount code, the ordering process is hassle-free, and the customer service is amazing. I've never had a problem with customer service the many times I've contacted them, so I'm not sure why a few people have had issues. My suggestion is that if you need something from someone, try not being rude. It's amazing how far a little bit of kindness goes in getting things resolved quickly and efficiently. I paid for an order they took my money and canceled my order without notice and when i contacted them they said that my order is fraudulent which is not true they took my money and won't refund me. The employee there was rude and told me to stop calling and get a life. I asked to speak to the owner or manager and he said he is the owner. Then i told him i know he is not the owner and he said the owner is not there and kept hanging up on me every time i call. I still don't have my money and they won't send me the item i paid for. If customer service is at all important to you, please give this a read. If not, you may ignore this. As others have stated, the customer service is as bad as it gets. The online shop gives you three options to contact a representative: email, phone, and live chat. The email option is completely useless as no one will ever return your email. I can get someone over the phone maybe 10% of the time (don't bother leaving a voicemail). The live chat function is the best way to get in contact with someone, but the representatives are rude and short with customers and I have been ghosted by them mid-conversation every time I try to work with them. I don't typically name drop, but Sarah in particular needs to learn how to deal with customers in order to avoid reviews such as this one. I have ordered from Badass Glass twice. On one occasion, they did not send me what I had ordered. On the other occasion, they cancelled my order and could not tell me why it was cancelled. If you read through other reviews, you will see that this is a common issue that does not seem to be getting any better. I was told that it was cancelled by their risk management department and only they could tell me why my order was cancelled. Every time I manage to get in contact with someone (not often) they just tell me to expect an email from their risk management department. I have yet to receive such an email after THREE MONTHS. I have officially given up on trying to get an answer, but I sure tried. Best of luck to anyone else who has to deal with this business. read more

There's a reason why this place is highly rated. I went on their website to try to find their contact info and noticed there's a live chat feature. I asked if I can pick it up since I'm local. I was provided a phone number to text and then things were very quick and easy. He gave me a call since it's a bit difficult to find but he showed me the glassware and man it's much better in person than on the websites. Unfortunately the glass stem broke probably during my drive home. Not expecting much I sent them a text to see what can be done. Horrible customer service. My order was placed and confirmed. I received a vague text with no real information about my order. I find out a week later when I'm expecting my package that the order was cancelled because they improperly tried to confirm my order. Although I already received confirmation and a tracking link. Now it's two weeks before Christmas and I SOL. Customer service then ignored me once I text the number I received the text from. It was not until today when I contacted through the site was my order told to me it was cancelled. No email or follow up text stating my order was cancelled. Sarah was the person I had contact with. Very rude and condescending although the policy in which she uses is backwards and very unprofessional. I would rate this company negative stars if I could. Order elsewhere. Bad a$$ glass is the perfect name, considering the items they carry are, in fact, bad a$$. However, my order was cancelled and the email said it was "at my request". I emailed them back saying that I didn't cancel, and didn't get a response within 24 hours, so I did the live chat feature the next day. She said it was because the name on the card didn't match the name it was being shipped to...weird as I've used my husband's card to buy things for us from other places and have it shipped in my name and it never gets cancelled. There was no apology or offer code for faster shipping since this whole ordeal tacked on 3+ more days, or ease of re-order by them putting the order through. She just told me to reorder if I still want it and she'll let them know it was authorized. Seems like a lot of trouble for very little verification. read more

I place an order online ($225+), and got an email saying the items shipped. I got a call a little bit later confirming my order, which I did confirm. Next day I get an email from my CC saying funds were refunded. I've sent them 3 emails asking my order was cancelled, and they don't seem to care to respond. I'm just not sure why they cancelled my order. I just think it's really unprofessional on so many levels. Much Disrespect, came here to take a gander and pick up some butane, in answering a craigslist add they posted. They accused us of stealing. Quoted several common, no name rigs and set ups for $1000 plus. Then rudely accused us of stealing and said we were not serious customers. My friend bought some glass from their website and had it shipped to Illinois with no problems so I figured I would take a drive and come check out the shop for myself. So I'll start off by saying it's not really set up to go and "browse" per say, but if you know what you want on their website you would be totally fine coming down (with the name/picture of the piece) and they would be glad to fill your order. Second, the address is kind of wrong on the Yelp because they have two offices, one is for the business and the other is where they have the glass to ship and fulfill orders. It is only a few units over in the same complex so not a big deal. Third, this is where I am super impressed, the quality and price of the glass is really top tier. One perk of going in person is because every piece, although similar, has small differences (angle of mouthpiece, size of joint, etc.) you can look at a few and see which particular piece you want. Fourth, they REALLY know how to pack the glass for shipment. Although I went in-person, I had them package my piece up into a box so I could ship it as a gift and I was EXTREMELY impressed with the thoroughness of packaging. The piece was covered in bubble-wrap that was folded like a boss several times over and then placed into a inconspicuous brown box with no labeling with packing peanuts. No way this piece was was going to get broken unless someone kicked it out of a moving vehicle. Fifth, if you pay with your credit/debit card the name that shows up on your bill is inconspicuous (if you're worried about that). It shows up as some random name which is the parent company but it doesn't say like "glass" or "smokeshop" it's just super innocuous. Sixth, people were really cool and patient with me which is a total plus in my book - they even gave me a free bowl which was super cool. Ordered a couple of small items and was told I would receive the pipes within a week, a week later I check the status of order and find out order has been canceled, why I don't know there was never a email or text informing me of cancellation. I bought a gift for someone for fathers day paid for 2 day shipping and had it shipped to them in a different state from where I reside. He didn't get the package. I'm not sure if it was lost or stolen. The website clearly states if you haven't received your item contact them which I did. I got a delivered text,but the package wasn't received I was talked to very rudely. I was told it was my fault because I lived in a "SHITTY NEIGHBORHOOD " I was chatting with Sarah who then asked why was I contacting the company I never thought they did anything fraudulent I was only contacting them because its posted on the site I was told I would be given a refund after being humiliated and talked down to. I found bad ass things from the website through my phone but it didn't work so I went on my laptop and again my card was declined finally the transaction went through. I call them back after I check my account and find that my card has been charged 10 TIMES, $74.47. apparently the guy said that it's common and he's been there for 10 years so he knows what he's talking about. I ordered a piece from them and the next day got a call from a very rude person asking to speak to my mother because the name on the order and the name on the card were different (my card was lost and was waiting on a replacement) I told him that was 24 years old and that she let me use her card (I also have the same last name as my mother). It's not my fault that kids are using their parents cards without permission. So anyways. After he hung up on me mid conversation I was waiting on my package for 11 days or atleast waiting for an email with a tracking number and I didn't hear from them to I emailed them and waited 3 days and nothing and then I downloaded the SHOP app to track It and It was refunded without my knowledge?!? So I've been waiting this whole time with no communication from them whatsoever and they won't even email me back. Will never buy from them. I'm glad they refunded me and can't wait to tell other people to not waste their time If they have to use a different card because you'll be called by a rude gentleman and they'll never send you you're Item they'll refund you without notice. FYI if you want your shipment in less than a week please don't buy from this company. They use the US mail for delivery. FYI they suck. Who uses the US postal service and calls it expedited shipping???? I mean FedEx and UPS would get it there in a couple of business days if you purchased expedited shipping. Its been over a week and my box is still sitting at the post office waiting for me to go pick it up because I wasn't home. All other carriers leave the boxes at the gate.
