She touches them and says they have mats and she would shave them down. Also, couldn't possibly take them for several weeks. We have lived here since 1971 and never had such a nasty person as a dog groomer. Both dogs that she rejected were taken by other groomers without a problem and groomed beautiful! It seem to be that you take a dog to a groomer to be groomed... she is too important to do that. DON't go there. There are several great groomers who care about dogs in town!!!

After speaking to Dr Randy and Denise, and discovering their deep understanding of the TPLO procedure and their patented TPLO Plate (invented by Dr. Randy) we chose them for the surgery. we are now on week 5 of her recovery and we are very pleased with the outcome. Even though she still has a couple of months to get her strength fully back, she is moving better than she has in 8 months, she's back to being playful and frisky again. As well am almost lead to believe they could have possibly falsified my dog or given me incorrect x-rays as when they were looking at my dog they refused to look at X-rays from intermountain vet clinic and pushed to do their X-rays and forced me to redo the X-rays on my dog. For all I know they could have been looking at the wrong dog's x-rays when I could clearly tell that they had several other x-rays up onon their computer and barely sharing empathy for my dog. Just caring about doing extra X-rays which they only did to and not a through investigation of what could be potentially going on with my dog or what could have caused his limp. As well changing the side of my dog's limp via when trying to push their evidence down my throat. Then going oh, what it looks like is your dog's growth plates probly fused there's nothing we can do. When I had drove 4 or so hrs to even get to the clinic.

Then I was out and saw someone who had a dog like mine that had been groomed and looked great. Guess who did the grooming? This is definitely a case of the minority poisoning the well. Rona (pronounced like "Donna") has been great from start to finish. This includes her responsiveness, then auto texts for appt confirmation and reminders. The actual grooming has been exactly what we expect and she is a sweetheart to talk to. We've now been twice. Posting pics before and after. Her location is correct. I can hardly use words to express how much I was impressed by this place. Such an amazing NO-KILL…read moreanimal shelter. This is the best animal shelter that I have visited. The whole facility is very eco-friendly and self-sufficient. The building has built solar panel and smart spray system to save energy and water. They also have different rooms for you to meet with your potential pets. You can either take the dog to playground, or they them to outdoor with or without leash, or you can meet in the acquiescence nook for more intimate interactions. With cats, you can also meet them at the cat cafe to enjoy some purring time. They offer FREE spay and neuter services for dogs and cats. They also have their own medicine area and lab to run tests for animals. Their program is really well-designed and their volunteers are super friendly. They have hiking buddies program where they take dogs out on hikes to bring more awareness of adoption. Also provide many trainings to teenagers and the community. Needless to say, dogs and cats are extremely adorable. I strongly recommend everyone to visit and support this place.

The second we walked into the vet, we were treated with welcome arms and Dr. Dani had a treatment plan and even consulted another vet in California prior to the appt. I can't recommend this place enough! I almost started crying I was so happy my pup was going to get treated with quality care and the nicest vet ever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They claim I never cancelled it & charged me $69 for the appointment anyway.... I disputed the charges because of the ridiculous assumptions, after being a client for over 20 years. The old owners would have never handled the situation like this... the new corporation is purely built on monetary greed. Then they found a post that I replied to on Blaine county 5B rant & rave that had absolutely nothing to do with this appointment but me agreeing with the poster & showing concern about the animal care in our valley.... They sent the screenshot of my comment to the collector to try & show my "mind set" as they stated.... Are you actually kidding me?? You have to go snoop through public forums to find something to support your false claims.
