Got my dog groomed here! Rona did an amazing job. My baby has never looked more handsome.

I was new to town and looking for a groomer. When I took to looking at reviews online, I figured this place was off my list. Then I was out and saw someone who had a dog like mine that had been groomed and looked great. Guess who did the grooming? This is definitely a case of the minority poisoning the well. Rona (pronounced like "Donna") has been great from start to finish. This includes her responsiveness, then auto texts for appt confirmation and reminders. The actual grooming has been exactly what we expect and she is a sweetheart to talk to. We've now been twice. Posting pics before and after. Her location is correct. Rona told me that she wouldn't stop barking. It turned out that my dog desperately needed to pee. Rather than seeking the cause of the barking Rona got angry with my dog! The night after Rona groomed my beloved poodle, she died. I will no longer have my dogs groomed by Rona. read more

Extremely rough combing out dogs, doesn't wash hands nor facilities after each dog, also the place is filthy and she's rude! I've heard dogs yelping she's abusive!!!!! Never again! read more

The WORST customer service I have ever received. The groomer was behind schedule (no biggie right?). So when I returned for the second time (2 hours later) she still wasn't ready for them and wanted me to put them in her holding cages. When I mentioned my dogs weren't great in small cages (rescue dogs.. not uncommon) and that I could bring them back when she was ready for them she could not have been more rude. I was sitting at the vet next door and heard a terrified very anxious dog. I heard this woman yelling at it and then heard the very distinct sounds of hitting. I got up and walked outside to look in her window. She had the dogs face in her hand pulling it down on the table. I pounded on the window to tell her to not touch that dog. She proceeded to cuss me out and tell me I knew nothing about grooming and what it takes to groom a dog like that. She's horrible. I would never take any of my three dogs that get groomed every week to a place like this. It's our worst nightmare as dog owners. I told her she needs to retire. HORRIBLE! read more

Rona loves all dogs and is exceptional with her handiwork. My Labradoodle is not always so cooperative and Rona used some careful accommodations so that my dog would be comfortable. She spends a considerable amount of time to make sure everything goes right. I am a returning local customer and would highly recommend Rona at 4 Paws! read more
