Jessica was my esthetician. She talked me through the process and evaluated my skin as I asked her questions. She had the greatest demeanor and easy to get along attitude. But when it came to the actual process, she created a relaxing, quiet mood. She was gentle with the extractions and provided delicately firm massages. Talking about massages, the table was a heated massage table. Nice. I also added a hand treatment. After the hydra facial, I was shown the water. It was cloudy, not too bad as I was told. She advised me on some products they offer, not a hard sell pitch. I declined; she didn't hard press which I appreciate. My face was glowing (luminous and rosy) and seemed less poof-y afterwards. My hands felt more moisturized. The dry skin on my inner palm gently sloughed off. The next day, they looked revitalized. Pricing is comparable or less expensive to other local places. The facility is clean and is gorgeously designed. It has a calming white color scheme. Giving off modern, posh vibes without the pretentiousness or clinical feeling. There was no one waiting, and my baby Botox appointments typically take about 10 minutes, so this was really disappointing given the distance I traveled. I also felt uncomfortable being lectured while I was scheduling the appointment initially about my treatment timing when I had already explained I received my last treatment in a different location on my face 2.5 months ago. I completely understand policies, but a small amount of flexibility in this situation would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return, which is disappointing because I really like the injector at this location.

I just turned 33 a couple weeks ago and I still struggle with occasional break outs of cystic acne as well as blackheads/clogged pores. I also want to combat wrinkles as much as I can as I enter my mid-30s. I signed up for a membership and I get 2 power signature laser facials monthly. Since starting at Skin Laundry, my overall skin texture has improved significantly. My acne breakouts are far less often and when I do have some acne it's much more mild compared to before. I also did a peel for the first time last week and my boyfriend said my skin looked noticeably glowier. He joked "I didn't want to say anything because i don't need you spending more money there!" The staff is always incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and answers any questions I have regarding treatments. The nurses are always so wonderful and check in to make sure you are comfortable the entire duration of your session. My hubs was hesitant to come back after his last session and especially after my review (he didn't know I was writing) but Elena & Jennifer helped him feel at ease of coming back and making it extremely flexible to rebook an appointment to come back in. Hubs went back to get the much needed deep pressure massage from Jennifer at The Spa Simply Skin. Both Elena and Jennifer were present to greet him. The ambiance of the room was serene as it was before. He keeps telling me about the nice Buddha in the massage room. Jennifer asked if the headrest area was ok was comfortable this time before proceeding. This time she asked about the massage pressure and if it was firm enough. She worked on getting his knots out which was greatly needed. She used a tool on his hands up/down his forearm that he said made him feel really good. Fast forward 27 years of shaving my chin and under my chin/neck every day and I found Ser Aesthetics. I was skeptical because I had tried laser hair removal 10 years ago and it didn't work very well, it was so expensive and you had to commit and pay for several treatments upfront. I started my treatments at Ser in July 2024. After my first treatment in a week or two I noticed a slight difference the hair wasn't as coarse. I religiously went to my appts every 3 or 4 weeks until about April 2025. After every treatment I could visually see and feel the difference. The hair was becoming less and less coarse and wasn't growing back as quickly. Every month that I went I noticed I was shaving less and less. I could go one day without shaving and not feel the stubble, then 3 days, then 5 days, and so on. By April I was barely shaving at all anymore and just being feeling my face so soft and without stubble was so satisfying. For 27 years I was self conscious and wouldn't let anyone touch my chin or face because of the stubble and always had to carry a razor with me just in case the 5 o'clock shadow showed up or I stayed overnight someplace. In April I felt I could stop going every month and wait to see the stray hairs pop up. It was 3 or 4 months before I noticed a few random hairs pop up.
