Parking: Located in a strip mall, so there's plenty available! Ambience: Very spacious cafe with cool decorations and merchandise for purchase. It was fairly empty when we got there on a weekday afternoon, so it's a great study place as there are a good number of tables, some of which are also situated next to outlets. Didn't order any of the food items, but the options looked great and it's nice to have that available! Service: Friendly :) Taste: Got the Bad Ass Blended Horchata, which to my disappointment, didn't really taste like horchata at all. I pretty much only tasted coffee, which was still very delicious and not too sweet, but would've liked there to be a stronger horchata flavor. My friend enjoyed the latte that he got. Like this place--but recently when I tried to pay for large coffee ($3.10) with $5 cash--was told no coin charge? Server wanted me to lose .90 (just give me back $1 of $5 bill. Rather than lose .10 on sale--server wanted me to lose .90?? So I used my debit card. I am sure the transaction fee their bank charged them was more than .10 cents. Oh, well! Have came here since they opened, I love the way the coffee tastes different from your normal Starbucks. You can taste the difference in the coffee beans. Customer service was good too. Cute little coffee shop in the High Desert. I'm not picky when it comes to my coffee, but I do like mine a tad bit sweet. I initially went in wanting a blended caramel wave, but their machine wasn't ready for another two hours, bummer! I ended up ordering an iced caramel wave and it was still yummy and reminded me of a drink that I liked with Tonyan Roasters. Baristas were nice and the drink was made super quick. Bathrooms and store were clean. Since it's Badass Coffee of Hawaii, I'm surprised they don't have any macadamia nut flavored coffee on their menu -- would have been a nice reminder of home for us. Will definitely return and hopefully will have the chance to try a blended drink. read more

This place was so cute! no one was there when i went. Girls at the register were friendly and asked if i had any questions. I love that they have a blended option for every drink. Good coffee with sub par service. Wanted to try a new coffee place on the way to Vegas. A mile off the free way located in a strip mall. The front of the store makes it almost a donut shop with all the pictures. We will not be coming here just because of the service, even though we like our drinks. The cashier lacked eye contact, head down into the iPad. I told her the two drinks I wanted was crossed out, she just laughed it off. Didn't try to give me any other recommendations. Husband ordered the Kona but was not available. Ordered the 10% instead. He wanted the cream on the side and the cashier made it more complicated than it was. My husband asked for a stirring stick but another staff member (who seemed annoyed that he asked) told him to use a straw. Place seemed very empty like they needed to refill everything. This could have been a place we stopped at regularly but the service will steer us away. read more

Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews, I usually go the Rancho location which I stopped frequenting last year when I had a bad experience with the teens they hire being unprofessional.
