We are SO disappointed and if I could leave ZERO stars, I certainly would! Last week, we had a swim…read morelesson scheduled with Aileen but when we showed up we were stunned as it wasn't Aileen (or a female at all!). In fact, my 5 year old daughter had been reassigned to a MAN swim teacher unbeknownst to us. My kid was upset, obviously, as we were expecting her favorite teacher: Aileen. She was crying and not happy. Leading up to this, we pay a lot! We pay $29/ class for a mere WHAT SHOULD BE 20 minutes; however, not a single lesson has started on time and ended on time. The teachers only give us about 18 min and if you do the math, they're charging us a ton: $1.45/min. So EVERY minute matters. Going to Aqua Tots from here on out. I'm not wasting another dollar at this rip off swim school. There are SO many others. Too bad this place sucks.

Every instructor has been amazing with each of our twins and they both are doing great. Both our boys have severe anxiety and do not like to leave our house. However, we've yet to hear a complaint about leaving to go to swim lessons. I absolutely love that the lessons are private, and one on one. We have to have one on one instruction with our twins. I can't say even positive things about their program from their instructors to the ease of scheduling. We are continuing their swim lessons indefinitely. Thank you!

We've been attending Big Blue Swim School for almost two months, and it's been a good experience…read more Our kids (infant and toddler) really enjoy their lessons and also seem to be learning a lot. The facility is also fantastic--very clean and playful looking; perfect for kids. I'm still a little unsure of how I feel about the business model. You have to pay for the months' lessons up front, and if for some reason you can't make it, you don't get refunded for any lessons you cancel. The money also doesn't go towards the next month's balance; you simply have to do makeup lessons or lose those funds. For a family like ours that struggled to find a consistent lesson time at all, scheduling makeup lessons has proved tricky, but we do have to miss a lesson once in a while. Not sure what the solution is here. I also came by the facility during business hours to sign my kids up, but the doors were shut and locked, even though they were open? Luckily the staff saw me and opened up the doors to let me in, but had they not, we probably wouldn't have signed up. We wanted to visually look at the facility before committing, so a phone call didn't work for us. Hopefully this feedback proves helpful. We're eagerly looking forward to our next swim lesson!

We are an Asian American family and I felt like we were being targeted because there were a bunch of other "non minority" kids playing football and running into people but none of them had said a word. She just had her eyes on us the whole time. He already has a swim pants on and then I said that she seen us enter and we were sitting down in front of her face the entire time why she didn't say anything when we first got in. she was there and seen us but didn't say anything until my son started to have fun. I didn't like the experience so we left. She was a blonde girl between 5'6 - 5'7 monitoring the kiddie pool around 1:15pm 12/30/24 The prices are affordable and the place seem really decent enough I'm just not happy with the worker that told us right when I finally got my son to open up. It took a long time to show him the water was ok. He is non verbal so to see him smiling and having fun then being told he can't wear that already an hour in, hurts.

My family and I absolutely love coming here for the indoor pools!…read more It's only $7 each for my husband and I's entry and $4 for my kids. Definitely an affordable and fun thing to do with your family. The bathrooms with showers have always been clean and, because we tend to go right when the pools open on Sundays, there's never any lines to use them. There's plenty of lockers for you to securely store any belongings, but my family usually just leaves our stuff out with our stroller, parked where we can see it at all times. The kids area of the pool is right at the entrance. It has a small running water slide for the younger kids, a whole play structure with slides for the bigger ones, and the water is much shallower, allowing for kids of all ages to have fun! My twins love sitting tummy-deep in the water and splashing away. There's also a small lazy river that's a lot of fun to go around! My son is about 4ft 7in and he can stand with his head above the water and freely float about the current. Next to the lazy river is a huge water slide for those who don't mind climbing stairs and being somewhat high up. My husband and friend have said it takes you down a lot faster than they expected. It was a ton of fun. There's a rope separating the area of the pool where the water sliders come out and the lazy river / kid area is, so my son was able to have fun watching his dad shoot right out the water slide. Next to the large water slide are the lap pool and diving boards. The lap pool has a few lanes and is perfect for getting in some aerobic exercise. There are two diving boards; one standard 3 or 4 ft and a bigger 10 ft board. We've only been here for the indoor pools, but we would absolutely come to utilize the many other functions of this center.

As fate would have it Jeff's wife has a yoga studio Amd he invited me to come by. When I got home I checked the Yelp reviews Amd their website. I didn't see "Yin" on the schedule so opted not to sign up. I played golf with Jeff a couple weeks later Amd he explained they call Yin, Surrender. Well I signed up for the $30, unlimited classes for 2 weeks... for new yoga people only. The website is very intuitive and all the options and special deals for first responders and military are detailed. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and felt welcome. In Vegas I got a sense of clicks and a cool kids vibe. Here it's family Amd warmth. The Surrender class was led by Taylor. She was very good. She took us into a spiritual journey, accompanied by traditional yoga appropriate music that help spirit out life's noises Amd allowed me to clear my mind Amd be present and in the moment. The room started out warm but now hot and then all of the sudden you realize you're sweating. Please note that Surrender is not about pushing or exerting yourself it's more about meditating and stretching. This is my first day in 4 years that I've taken a yoga class and I feel great!
