Also the legs on the wall bed were never tightened, so they shook so hard it stripped the screw holes. An hour after I bought the camper nervous about my purchase i sent Evans a video of the damage and asked if I could just bring it back and trade up but this idea was not embraced. Evans and Sons put me in touch with the manufacturer Sunset Trailers. Numerous phones calls to both companies and nothing has been resolved. When I spoke to a mechanic on the phone the first question i asked was "do you guys work on high performance german vehicles?" he asked me if i had a Ferrari.. for the record a ferrari is an Italian car not german. I told him i owned a Volkswagen car and he responded in a very rude and sarcastic tone asking "So you own a high performance Volkswagen?" . i would not recommend this place to anyone due to the lack of professionalism and terrible customer service. judging from the initial response it seems as the mechanic has no idea what he's talking about.

Terrible Service! Took them 3 weeks to just walk through my RV to confirm exactly what I told them…read morewas wrong with it. Did nothing to complete a detailed inspection, fix it, or perform any type of repair. I had to call them several times to check on the status of the inspection/wanted repair as they would not initiate a call to be to advise me of what was happening with the RV. After 3 weeks, was told (after I called again) to just come and pick it up as it was a repair that was outside their comfort zone or desire to complete. Would not ask them to do anything on an RV in the future.
