I'm not normally one to write a review however I am very upset with the service I received from Radical Edge. I recently brought my skis in for a tune up (wax and edges), and binding adjustment. I brought them in on Tuesday and they were not waxed at all when I picked them up on Friday even though I was told they were tuned up I was lied to by the employee aside from the binding adjustment. I also dealt with a very rude employee on Thursday afternoon, I can't remember his name, however he was very honest just extremely rude. I will not be recommending this business to anyone I know involved in biking, skiing and anything else they possibly could sell. I would recommend you go somewhere else but here. Cheers. read more

I was looking for a raincoat to wear in a tropical rainforest that wouldn't take up too much room in my suitcase. A Radical Edge staffer soon steered me away from the totally inappropriate jackets I was looking at ("you'll melt in those!") and found a perfect solution: a feather-light water-resistant Patagonia jacket that folds into its own pocket. And then she found me one on sale! And I can now attest that it was absolutely the perfect gear for my recent trip to the Amazon jungle. read more

I bought a bike here as I was here for work, they were awesome had my bike ready in 3 hours for pick all tuned up ready to go. then I had them box my bike to take on the plane they did that no problem. when I went to go pick up my bike with my little spark of course it did not fit so they delivered to my place in 5 min. great customer service. and great bikes, if I ever come back I'm buying a bike there again. thank you for the great service. read more

I have been looking for a multi-day backpack and Pierrette took the time to help me find a pack that fit me! I was very impressed with her patience and creative solution in getting me to try a child sized pack when the smallest ladies packs didn't fit fit. I've had the chance to try it out for a few weeks now and I LOVE it! Pierrette showed me all the compartments and how to properly adjust all the straps. Definitely love this store and will be getting more gear from here in the future! read more

Great service! My son's ski binding broke. Radical Edge technician replaced the part on the same day (warranty). Fast forward four weeks. Other binding snapped. After a brief conversation, I was asked to send along photos so they could send to product rep to see if warranty would still be in effect. Within 20 minutes, they had a response from rep - warranty to cover repairs. I was told they would contact me when they received the piece. This morning I noted an email from the owner (late evening email - well past closing) suggesting that I just drop in and they would fix it... no really waiting for part needed! Super service...
