I tried the Blushing Angel and it was so good, definitely my favorite. It's also surprisingly kid friendly. Overall just a really enjoyable experience and a great place to spend an afternoon.

There's a large variety of wine to choose from, and my favorite of the day was the Tawny Port from the premium tasting (dangerously smooth.) The food was also better than expected. The hot honey flatbread was a big hit at our table, and the charcuterie paired really well with the wines. The amount of food was perfect for sharing and pacing yourself through the tastings. Staff was friendly, attentive, and happy to talk through the wines without being pushy...The whole place has that relaxed Texas country winery vibe, with cozy indoor and a nice patio outside. It was a cold winter night, so we mostly hung out in the tasting room, but next time I'd love to come back to do one of their vineyard tours. Overall, a great wine stop if you're in the Bryan/College Station area or just passing through.

This particular time, I was disappointed `with my ravioli ! The white sauce was like paste! Was not good. The wine and desert were fantastic, but the main courses were not good. We will go back because overall this is a great place. I just wanted to leave the review to give the chef some input.

They have a surprisingly sophisticated menu. It's curated (i.e. limited) but well selected. We had pumpkin arancini, the steak salad and pumpkin risotto (it's Fall obviously). Don't pass up the complimentary bread and olive oil dip - great bread dip with herbs and fried garlic. The pumpkin arancini was crispy outside and creamy and rich inside. The seasoning was perfect. The pumpkin puree smoosh was silky and rich. Very restrained garnish of parmesan shreds. Excellent! The risotto was the same as the arancini filling. Just delicious. To be honest it's more pumpkin than risotto, but I didn't care because it was so tasty. Lots of warm spices but not sweet. The steak salad was a definite must-order dish. The steak was cooked perfectly and was very tender. The greens were fresh and the gorgonzola crumbles were ample. Great dressing. Ask for a small side of their amazing gorgonzola cream sauce to dip your steak. If you are having wine, stick with the Library aged selections. They're more expensive but definitely worth it. Recommended.

For our most recent visit, we ordered the grilled chicken with buttered noodles for my child, and they ate it up! My husband and I split two meals since we both wanted steak and pasta. The Chicken Pesto with Penne had large amounts of delicious sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes. Our steak was tasty, and the Brussels sprouts and garlic mashed potatoes were prefect. Thanks to Colin for being attentive to our table's needs. Let's talk ambiance: The only two things odd about it the last visit was that the buzzer they gave us was broken, so we didn't know they called for us. They took care of us pretty quickly. The second was the indoor temps which I'll call frigid. I could have hung meat in the middle of the restaurant. It was so cold that we ran to our vehicles for jackets and sweaters. Because of the number of times we've come to Napa Flats, we know this is the exception and not the rule and will definitely return for the food. P.S. Get yourself a scoop of gelato.

It's creamy and oh so delicious. I always ask for additional bread because the dip is a healthy portion. For lunch this time, I tried the Bakersfield Cheddar Burger with French Fries. A solid, enjoyable burger, but nothing especially memorable. Then for dessert, I tried the pistachio favored gelato. Again, solid favor, but it didn't quite wow me. The service was exceptional throughout the lunch. We had an attentive server who checked in on us and made us feel taken care of. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of options for seating. It's great for catching up with friends, romantic dates, or a large gathering.
