I then called customer service and explained my dilemma and the man said all shipping was free (NOT!), but Checkout Cart included $75 Shipping Fee. I asked customer service if they could email me the code. He said no. I then asked to speak with someone else, and he said that he would first have to create a Case#. What crap! This company has horrible customer service. Look Sun Products up, they make lots of products that I will no longer purchase. They make me sick!

There were issues with my order due to vendor production and delays. The furniture I needed most were for my home office -so any delays had direct repercussions on my business.
