After getting several unsuitable candidates for the positions I had, I suggested that perhaps I could pre interview the people she would be sending to my yard. Kristi did not want to allow this. Kristi lost my business with Rand, there were times I was spending close to $100K per year for temporary labor services. From the customer's standpoint there are much better options. I have never dealt with them from the position as an employee. The people at Rand helped me more than they know. It is nice to know they will be there is something happens with my current employer.
