I was fighting an infection, my head would not stop throbbing, my neck was stiff, and my right arm to my shoulder blade radiated pain. It was so bad that it hurt to grasp. I walked into this clean, calm, and pleasant-smelling place and was greeted by a male who asked where in my shoulder I hurt. He placed his thumb right at a pressure point that generated so much pain, and then agreed that I should undergo deep tissue massage for 90 mins. I knew I would be walking out reset. I as escorted to a room, and given instructions to prepare for the massage. I complied and a few minutes later a lady came in and began her evaluation. She immediately went to work on my right side. She was methodical, diligent, and asked if her pressure was manageable. I personally can handle deep tissue and more intense pressure, so I was agreeable with her massage pressure. When there were moments that it hurt, she would ease up and then gradually add more pressure to get the "knots" worked out. 90 minutes of this woman working through all my right muscles! I was so rigid, it must have been like massaging pavement. When I walked out I was sore but feeling better. It took me a while to recover from this intense massage, but I am feeling so much better! This was exactly what my body needed to heal fully. I highly recommend this facility! This is one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever experienced. I will be incorporating this into my lifestyle so that I don't wait as long to get back to normal. I will also say that the woman massaging me had genuine approach to wanting me get better and taking away the stiffness she was working out.
