I booked online so I knew who I was going to see and online it lets you show where you need the most attention and where to avoid. My masseuse was Kenzi and she was so kind and made sure she knew what I wanted and where I had pain and what section of my back I don't like touched. My massage was 50 minutes and it was SO GOOD! I felt so relaxed and ready for my week after getting a massage. They also have scent boxes where you can pick your scents and in the rooms you can pick the music. The beds are also heated which I was in love with! Kenzi was so great and respectful. I can't wait to book it again or maybe just get a membership !

However, their 50 minute massages are just too short to even do a full body massage. If you want full body they recommend you do an 80 minute however the prices are higher than anywhere else I have ever been except maybe a resort spa. I cannot pay $159 for an 80 minute massage (125 with a membership). So unfortuantely I canceled b/c I always felt my massages, although relaxing, were too short and only my backside was massaged in the 50 minutes. Hope one day they have a promo and maybe I will go back but not for 125...

Just tell your therapist your preference and they aim to please. I have to admit it was one of the best massages I've ever had. My therapist seemed to know exactly where to apply more or less pressure and her technique is skilled and experienced. I have a slipped disc, fibromyalgia, and other various pain issues and use massage therapy as a part of treatment. I don't know that I have ever had a therapist feel the problems in my back as intuitively as they do. They use the length of their forearms to massage and that really helps with not hurting my super sensitive body. They are always able to get out each knot that I sometimes didnt even know I had. On the other hand, if you want a hard, deep massage, they also have the ability to nearly bore a hole in your back, they're so good at it! I let her know I had a spot that hurt. She said okay and left, coming back with some kind of cream. She worked thatcarea like I've never had anyone work on me before. If they arent experts, I can't imagine who is... seriously. There is a slight language barrier, but they use their phones to help translate and are able to communicate perfectly.
