I booked online so I knew who I was going to see and online it lets you show where you need the most attention and where to avoid. My masseuse was Kenzi and she was so kind and made sure she knew what I wanted and where I had pain and what section of my back I don't like touched. My massage was 50 minutes and it was SO GOOD! I felt so relaxed and ready for my week after getting a massage. They also have scent boxes where you can pick your scents and in the rooms you can pick the music. The beds are also heated which I was in love with! Kenzi was so great and respectful. I can't wait to book it again or maybe just get a membership !

Updating... I decided to cancel my membership here after a few months. I like the idea of a massage…read moremembership and I like the customizing that Squeeze offers like scents, oressure, music, tea lounge. However, their 50 minute massages are just too short to even do a full body massage. If you want full body they recommend you do an 80 minute however the prices are higher than anywhere else I have ever been except maybe a resort spa. I cannot pay $159 for an 80 minute massage (125 with a membership). So unfortuantely I canceled b/c I always felt my massages, although relaxing, were too short and only my backside was massaged in the 50 minutes. Hope one day they have a promo and maybe I will go back but not for 125...

My family has used Walnut Massage on a regular basis since their reopening. We also used QQ Massage…read morewhile Walnut was closed due to storm damage. Massage is consistently very good regardless of which therapist you get. Attention is given to trouble spots. Rooms are clean and quiet and staff are professional, friendly and efficient. We book for family when they visit and all have had good things to say. For relaxation and attention to pain spots I highly recommend Davida and his staff.

Very dissatisfying and rude experience. My friend got me a gift certificate for a 60-minute…read moremassage here as a Christmas gift. The massage itself was decent - not the best, not the worst. However, the experience was entirely ruined when I went to leave a tip upon exiting. I said to leave $10 on my card - which is a perfectly reasonable 17% tip on a service that costs $60. To that, my therapist flatly responded "No, that's not enough" and entered $20 instead. When I objected, she pulled out a "suggested tips" placard from behind the counter indicating that $15 was the suggested tip amount for a 60-minute massage. However, she hastened to add, "Only women leave me $15, if you are a man, you leave $20." I was dumbstruck, and frankly I should have grabbed my card right then and there and walked out due to her rudeness. But, due to the awkwardness of the situation, instead I only reiterated that I wanted to leave $10. In a huff, she entered $11 (not $10) and completed the transaction before I could stop her. Wanting to extricate myself from this incredibly uncomfortable situation as quickly as possible, I made no further argument and turned to leave. As I was leaving, she told me, "Next time you get massage somewhere else. You no come here again!" They won't have to worry about that. Buyer beware.

While undressing I noticed the carpet was somewhat worn. Then the low intensity rubbing and stretching I'm familiar with began. I was undraped until I rolled over. When done I was offered more time, but again I declined. I dressed, left some cash, and prepared to leave. I was given water, and asked about a tip. They were a little concerned when they didn't see it right away. Honestly if it weren't for that I might have given a 5. It is what it is: a budget massage, but effective at that.
