I arrived 10 minutes early and filled out a simple form. I was the shown into my room. Charlotte was my therapist and she asked what was sore or what I preferred. I said my lower back and shoulders would be my preference for massage. She said perfect and gave me time to undress and lay down on table. The massage was 30 minutes and it was AMAZING!!! The pressure and massage was great and the result was release and total relaxation of my super tight shoulders. The center is clean and fresh. They take cash or card. 3% card charge. I would strongly recommend Charlotte and Bentonville Massage Center! I am gonna try and get back in before we leave town

I booked online so I knew who I was going to see and online it lets you show where you need the most attention and where to avoid. My masseuse was Kenzi and she was so kind and made sure she knew what I wanted and where I had pain and what section of my back I don't like touched. My massage was 50 minutes and it was SO GOOD! I felt so relaxed and ready for my week after getting a massage. They also have scent boxes where you can pick your scents and in the rooms you can pick the music. However, their 50 minute massages are just too short to even do a full body massage. If you want full body they recommend you do an 80 minute however the prices are higher than anywhere else I have ever been except maybe a resort spa. I cannot pay $159 for an 80 minute massage (125 with a membership). So unfortuantely I canceled b/c I always felt my massages, although relaxing, were too short and only my backside was massaged in the 50 minutes. Hope one day they have a promo and maybe I will go back but not for 125...

Very dissatisfying and rude experience. My friend got me a gift certificate for a 60-minute…read moremassage here as a Christmas gift. The massage itself was decent - not the best, not the worst. However, the experience was entirely ruined when I went to leave a tip upon exiting. I said to leave $10 on my card - which is a perfectly reasonable 17% tip on a service that costs $60. To that, my therapist flatly responded "No, that's not enough" and entered $20 instead. When I objected, she pulled out a "suggested tips" placard from behind the counter indicating that $15 was the suggested tip amount for a 60-minute massage. However, she hastened to add, "Only women leave me $15, if you are a man, you leave $20." I was dumbstruck, and frankly I should have grabbed my card right then and there and walked out due to her rudeness. But, due to the awkwardness of the situation, instead I only reiterated that I wanted to leave $10. In a huff, she entered $11 (not $10) and completed the transaction before I could stop her. Wanting to extricate myself from this incredibly uncomfortable situation as quickly as possible, I made no further argument and turned to leave. As I was leaving, she told me, "Next time you get massage somewhere else. You no come here again!" They won't have to worry about that. Buyer beware.
