Multiple emails unanswered, when I all guy one says guy two mailed it, and guy 2 says guy 1 mailed it. They made 4k off me and 10k off the referrer, you'd think they'd just pay up on the deal they offered. They also disabled my light for my garage when they sided, but without an extra tall ladder, I can't get it turned back on. If it wasn't for these two issues they would be a 5 star. But a businesses word matters to me, and being ran all over for $250 is a joke. Jason seems like his only interested in closing the sale. It's a real bummer to see good local businesses get cut down by false promises. EDIT: Jason contacted me, asked me to pull the review and said he would send out the referral like he said he would. That was 2 weeks ago. ANd they are back to ignoring contact. It seems that his attempt at resolution was just to get me to pull my review. Apparent there was no real follow through and this was just an attempt to get me to remove my review. What a damn shame, because they do good work, they just don't stick to their word.

Frustrated and Disappointed with Extremely Clean…read more We hired Extremely Clean for exterior work on our home and spent nearly $10,000, choosing them because they were a local business we hoped to support. Unfortunately, the experience has been deeply disappointing. The job was left incomplete. The owner promised to return and apply a second coat of stain on the fascia. He told us--on multiple occasions--that we were on the schedule (as shown in the attached screenshots), but never showed up. Each time we followed up, we were met with more excuses or silence. He also said he would leave behind product for touch-ups, which he never did. We originally hired Extremely Clean for additional work as well, but after months of getting the runaround, we chose not to proceed. When we shared our frustration, the only response we got was, "All I can do is apologize that you weren't happy." But even that apology hasn't come--and there's been no effort to make things right. We're still waiting on the extra product he promised to leave behind. We understand that things happen, but what matters most is communication and integrity--standing by your word and your work. Sadly, that's not what we experienced. Sharing this so others can make informed decisions. We hope Extremely Clean takes this seriously and improves how they treat their customers.
