The receptionist and…read moreoffice help all greeted me by name with a smile every time, Dr. Frankovic made me wait long enough to make me wonder once (the only reason this isn't a 5 star review) but every other time, I was immediately shown to a room and seen right at the time of my appointment. My physio was Maria Manzon Barteau and she was excellent. She was never in a hurry or distracted, she was attentive and personable, listened well, explained what she was doing and made sure I understood all the "homework" instructions before I left. All told, they put a pleasant spin on a rather painful experience for me.

I just had to write a review for Back on Track. My husband…read morehas been a patient of Back on Track for as many years as I can remember to treat a variety of long-term ailments. On July 6th I sustained a pretty severe concussion. After mentioning this to Back on Track through casual conversation, my husband raced to the phone to tell me there may be some help for me. I was discouraged, suffering from constant headaches, light sensitivity, loss of balance, confusion, inability to multi-task, decreased ability to effectively communicate, extreme fatigue, dizziness, light headed, I am sure I am missing a couple of symptoms but you get the point. The hardest part of all of this is how it has affected me socially. It is hard to believe that a concussion can change the way you feel and how you interact around others. I have realized how much brain power is required to do the little things like listening to more than one conversation at a time or typing while speaking on the phone. I started to see Dr. Ashleah Linden (chiropractor) right away. Not only has Ashleah taken the time to listen, she has made herself available by phone and email as required. This is September 17th, I have been seeing Ashleah about once a week since my injury. She has provided me not only Chriropractic services but also helped me regain my confidence. Most of my symptoms have alleviated significantly since going to Back on Track, some will only heal with time. I have started to socialize again and this past weekend was the first time I have laughed and felt good around people in a long time. Thank you Kelly Blackman for getting me in as soon as you heard. I am starting to feel more like myself, you have both changed my life as I know it today and I thank you from the bottom of my heart! Although I have months of healing to go I am on my way to recovery. If anyone you know is suffering from concussion like symptoms, please take it seriously. Don't just relax and rest and hope for it to go away, it can get worse. I strongly recommend Back on track as your first stop after seeing your family doctor. By the way, I am still waiting to see a concussion specialist but while I wait I am healing.

This is the worst physiotherapy company I have ever been to. I have been waiting for one week for…read morethe manager/owner to contact me to resolve a few issues with my first appointment. The front desk person was the worst I have encountered. She advised me that her mother had the same birthday as me but her mother was nice. She repeated this over and over. Over and beyond the receptionist, I believe my diagnoses was incorrect. My Dr. said bicep muscle tear, the physiotherapist said rotator cuff. All my symptoms point to bicep tear. Now, I am faced with another assessment elsewhere. The therapist was in a rush and left my personal papers, which consisted of the Dr's diagnoses and one of their forms in the examining room for anyone to find and read. She took my file but not those papers. Best advice I can give is stay away from Pro Physio.

I've had good luck using the doctors and physical therapists here. They're very friendly and very nice. They really make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have as well as put together good programs for your rehab. The facility is pretty nice and there is a lot of parking. It's a little out of the way but the staff and the results are worth it. My biggest knock is that sometimes calls aren't returned when you leave a message so if you don't hear back that day just call the next day and usually someone returns your call.

I even inquired and was told NO, you have to book a second slot (wait several days and pay another 90 dollars). Appointment#3 we were 7 minutes late....yes seven minutes. They refused to see us and insisted on charging us for the appointment. Only when we complained in front of a waiting room full of people did they budge and say they would let us reschedule the appointment. We will go to the rescheduled one and that will be our last time visiting that facility.

Try following the links to findout about clinic hours and direction- you get sent into the ether or to wring numbers. Try and get to an operator or receptionist, you get nothing but dead air or misdirects to answering machines . Yet when you hobble over to the clinic to make an appointment, the staff is always on the phone (God knows with who) and makes you wait and the crabby receptionists treat you as if they are doing you a favour. If they are too busy and cannot accept patients or calls- leave a recorded message saying so or give an e-mail address. And a course on how to greet incoming patients with a minimum of courtesy ane respect, is long overdue. Most of us coming there are already in pain... We don't need you to add to it. Honestly: what a bunch of jerks.
