The pressure was the perfect amount, the environment was calming and my massage therapist (can't remember her name) was quiet and let me be alone with my thoughts. When she finished my upper body, she then placed a warm towel on my back and neck before working on my lower extremities. This place has truly helped me a great deal. I'm giving it five stars. I have had major problems with back pain for years and this place has totally transformed me. They focus on whole body health, realizing that there is usually more than one causative factor of back pain. On your first visit, a discussion on diet, exercise, sleep habits, total heath, and many other lifestyle factors are discussed. I receive acupuncture and it has helped me. It does not hurt at all, and in fact, feels great. The first time can be a little strange since you are not used to the sensation, but there is no actual pain involved whatsoever. Each person is different, but if you are living with any kind of pain, this is worth a shot. Everyone here is great and they'll make sure that your mind and body are healthy! read more

Service - 3.5 Minus 1 star for noise. Not eager to drive to Franklin - thought I would give this place a shot. Researched their website. Found a therapist who sounded knowledgeable in various massage types that I wanted. It wasn't anything memorable. He used lots of acupressure which did a great job. I felt better quickly. However, full body massage that doesn't include the arms? The therapist knew how to treat areas that were tight, sore, and stiff but left so much more alone. Memorable in a not so good way. Noise - why not bring it the whole freakin' company? I was in the room next to the restroom. Throughout my entire massage, you could hear women laughing and talking despite all the doors having signs stating that massages were in progress. Also, Vandy was playing and the noise from the stadium can be easily heard here. read more

Just had a 90 - minute massage from Ashley. Being an LMT myself, I am very discerning. She is very good!! She was respectful and did not start a conversation when giving me my massage, asked about the pressure, and was quite intuitive. The space was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Someone's car alarm went off about halfway through the treatment, but understandably out of their control. They were able to see me at short notice on a Sunday afternoon, which is good. However, this place is the poster child for differential pricing structures based on pressure. Not only do they differentiate "Swedish" and "deep tissue," but they also have an in-between "deep Swedish." The massage that I got felt mediocre. $60 for a half hour was way too much. I do have $10 off my next massage, but I don't intend to return. read more

I love my massage therapist isaac at back in touch. He is the first massage therapist that has made me feel completely comfortable. He is passionate about what he does and does not hesitate to teach you while he is doing things as he is doing them. I have now seen him twice in 6 months. The second time he had to fix some work I had done by another massage therapist while I was out of town. He talked with me first to see what happened and then explained what may have happened and how he could help me feel better. This was some of the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. When I called, no one picked up so I decided to just make appointments for my friend and I online. We arrived on the day of our massages to the news that they didn't have us booked in their system. We showed the confirmation from the website of our appointments, but the receptionist treated us like we were stupid and didn't know what we were talking about. She didn't try and ask someone else or apologize. She honestly just looked at us like we were insane. We ended up leaving and didn't even want to schedule a new apportionment for a different time based on how unhelpful and unorganized the business seemed. To anyone trying to make an appointment, DO NOT make it online. I guess call until someone finally answers the phone. read more

have had 2 massages here - one over the holidays while i was there for the new year and then one after the half marathon in April. The first time I was thrilled with my experience. When I called to schedule another appointment, I found out my therapist had since left the business (figures!) The second time was less than desirable. I was a little surprised that there was not much care taken in modest coverings. I felt like all my business was hanging out for the world to see when she was working on my legs. In past experience, the sheets are tucked and secured so that you don't have to feel uncomfortable. The second massage I had there was with a newer therapist. She also never asked if the pressure was good/bad, or elicited any feedback from me. One plus - she didn't talk during the massage.... i hate nothing more than a chatty therapist who talks nonstop while I am trying to enjoy. If I try this place again I would have to do more research into who the good therapists are..... not just settle cause the time was convenient. read more
