I went here a few months back, every two weeks. There were a few times (before she changed her…read morecancellation policy) that I had to reschedule an appointment I had the following day, I would reschedule it anywhere from 72 hours before to 12 hours before my scheduled massage. She amended the policy saying you had to give 24 hours advance notice (understandably) & a month or so after the policy was changed I had a family emergency & couldn't make it. My daughter had a big seizure & we had to go to the hospital. I texted her as soon as I knew. Mind you, I hadn't had an issue since she updated her policy. The next week I tried to reschedule & it said I had to reach out, so I did. We talked on the phone & she mentioned the times I had to reschedule the times before she made changes to her cancellation policy. I countered with once she changed it there hasn't been a problem until I had an emergency. She proceeded to tell me I need to have child care lined up, moms deserve their time too, her mom had a special needs dependent, I could t use my daughter as an excuse.. just so far out of line. She said I could only come in if someone else cancelled last minute & I could fill in their spot. It isn't possible with 4 kids, I can't drop what I'm doing to go to someone's cancelled appointment.. I wish. The whole convo was wild & out there. I gave a two star instead of one because she is a good at massages.. it actually took me a few months to even speak on this, I was really just trying to reflect before I left a poor review.. Since I can't directly reply, I'll have to update to say you did in fact say something about my children as an excuse & I never did a same morning cancellation, it's not even possible to do on the app. The one time I had no choice I had to call/text you to cancel. I couldn't cancel it otherwise.. I'm glad you feel okay with your choice, I do as well.. you don't have to lie about it. Good luck with your business!

The studio was pleasant and serene, I really enjoyed the ambiance and light music. As of today there is a mask requirement and it was perfectly fine. She placed warm towels over my eyes and behind my neck for relaxation and to help with the natural light (it was 10am). Shari has a very kind, healing energy and she asked questions and allowed me to ask questions before starting. You can tell that Shari is knowledgeable as she explained to me why she used certain products for pregnant women and why I would be lying on my side or propped up for different parts. I cannot thank her enough for this lovely experience. I will most certainly be returning and recommending her. The studio itself was easy to find.
