I had an incredible prenatal massage with Shari this morning and I am simply amazed. Her technique…read morewas wonderful and she paid attention to pressure variations for different muscles. The studio was pleasant and serene, I really enjoyed the ambiance and light music. As of today there is a mask requirement and it was perfectly fine. She placed warm towels over my eyes and behind my neck for relaxation and to help with the natural light (it was 10am). Shari has a very kind, healing energy and she asked questions and allowed me to ask questions before starting. You can tell that Shari is knowledgeable as she explained to me why she used certain products for pregnant women and why I would be lying on my side or propped up for different parts. I cannot thank her enough for this lovely experience. I will most certainly be returning and recommending her. The studio itself was easy to find. It's in the Temecula Town Center in the building next to Armstrong Garden Centers. Her suite is closest to the freeway side, take the stairs to the second floor and make a left. Thank you Shari

Before my schedule time and a client was coming out saying how relaxed she was. I was greeted right away by Mandy and given paperwork to fill out as it was my first time seeing her. After the paperwork she sat down as went over all the information as well as asked me to fill out a dry erase board of areas I had pain. The room is very welcoming and the table had just the right temperature. The table was not hard and actually very comfortable. During the massage she let me know everything she was going to do. I tried the heated scrapping for the first time, which was great. Then she massage our problem areas. My favorite was the cold scrap on my face. Helps promote circulation! I will definitely be back and choose some other services to add on like castor oil massage. Thank you Mandy for top notch service!

Clean, friendly, professional, just outstanding! She emphasizes natural remedies and gives off an amazing, positive, healing energy. She really took the time to go over my intake paperwork with me, asked me questions about my back injury, and tailored her practice to my specific needs. She also used an amazing set of essential oils that both relaxed my mind and eased tension in my body. I especially love that she didn't do the standard full body massage that we've all had - she focused on the areas that I needed while still providing total relaxation. She has a very holistic and individualized approach to massage, so this is NOT your typical one-size-fits-all type of massage, in fact as my needs ahve changes o have my massages and I love that. Her studio is clean and very relaxing, she is very approachable and kind. She truely is a healer and puts her heart into her work. I live her use of essential oils and she makes sure to use all organic oils, so they are pure and very effective. I had my doubts and figured at worst, they smell good so no harm. Well, she used some to help prevent migraines due to the weather the day I saw her and I totally forgot about it (they smell divine btw). Denise is wonderful about follow-up and text me to see if I saw improvements after the monsoon re:migraines and I never got one (very odd for me not to during that type of weather). I'm so glad reached out or else I would have forgotten. If you want a very customized healing experience, def give her a try. As a side note, if you want more of a sports massage that uses tons of heavy pressure and leaves you sore the next day, this is not your spot. My back feels SO much better since starting my.massages, I am back full force at my gym and am not so stiff in the AM. Thank you, Denise! I'm so grateful we crossed paths.
