Whoever owns them now, some bunch of evil attorneys (note - quote from Life Planning: "We are not a law firm, we do not represent lawyers and we never give legal advice."), are almost tripling fees and charging for every drop of ink. They are also holding documents for ransom, refusing to hand over that which has already been completed and paid for in full, without the exchange of extra funds. For instance, I requested that one address be changed in the trust. That was priced at $1,000 (note that I had previously been quoted $400 by LPI's Sam Phillips and this would have included a second amendment also). I requested a digital copy of my trust so I could research alternative arrangements. The 'Attorney' on the phone told me "good luck with that" and hung up the phone. They have tanked to such a diabolical level since Warner's passing. Please do yourself a favour and find an alternative.

Found this fantastic business on Yelp and decided to give them a try. The rep reached out, got my info, and set up the appointment. I was even able to send them a list of things I'd like to include for my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised when told this is possible. Their rep provided updates every step of the way, making this a stress-free and VERY simple process. We have a big house so I know it'll take time to get everything done correctly. When the cleaners realize they couldn't finish it within the initial quoted time frame, the rep called and ask if it's okay to extend the cleaning time. This is true customer service and an honest business practice! I have now found my favorite house-cleaning provider and will setup reoccurring services with them to keep my house clean. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommending this company and their services!

They're work is so substandard - they don't even proofread it to catch easy misspellings! But they will glad take your money and waive some obscure clause in your face about it. My suggestion - don't walk - RUN!! So here's how this story continues... A couple of days after I post this review, I (finally!!) get a call from these guys offering to give me a full refund on what they had charged me. The want to part ways in peace, they say. So all I have to do is sign a document saying that I won't publicize my story. Well, as hard as it was, I had to reject their offer. And to be clear, we're talking about $1,500 that they owe me which now they admit that they owe me. But the only way I'm getting it is by keeping my mouth shut. So I ask you - if this was a legitimate company, with a legitimate service, would they have to blackmail me like this? Wouldn't they have contacted me months ago to offer this refund, which they agree I'm owed? Shame on them!

We settled my case in December of 2024 after I had finished with my follow up care. I am a big fan of having a very hands on experience and being in the know of my case often. I found that they work behind the scenes and do not give many updates. That may not be a problem for most people but I wish I had had a little more contact about the process of my case. They were very kind and answered all of my questions when I did leave a message to speak to my lawyer. I did start with one lawyer, then was moved to a different one who left the firm and I closed out my case with a third person. I can confidently say they were all very nice and I didn't have an issue with any of them. I did not mind my case being moved between individuals as they were knowledgeable of my situation when the next person took over. They worked with me to make sure I received a fair settlement and even stayed late in the office so I could grab my check from them after my work day. I wish I could give Dan from Noreast 100 Starts!!…read more On Memorial Day we were out with our family when our 2 year old began pulling at his ears and feeling warm. We were near a Minute Clinic and brought him in. He was feeling worse and worse in just the short time we were waiting - turned out he had a sinus infection, double ear infection and a sore throat. After hanging out to see the doc and then get his antibiotics we were on our way - until we went out to my car and the battery had died :( It was hot and our little one was feeling terrible. Hubbs went back into CVS to see if someone could help and they called Dan with Noreast. He came around in just a few minutes. He tried to jump the battery but it was fully dead. The best part was, he was kind enough to run Hubbs home to get his car so he could come back for us and go get a new battery. Dan was extremely helpful and kind, went way beyond just the extra mile and even offered to keep an eye on our vehicle if we needed time to get it squared away. He was our family's hero on an otherwise rotten day. This a totally professional operation. Thank you Dan, you're the best!!!
