What really keeps me coming back more than anything, though is the sense of belonging and community I feel every time I walk through the doors. Danielle and the other instructors have created an environment that naturally encourages people to connect and feel comfortable with each other and it shows! Many, many excellent teachers have left due to being treated terribly by management and students/customers are also not treated well. The exodus of good instructors seems to be accelerating and many new ones are inexperienced and unprofessional. Instructors who've also taught at other CP locations (different ownership) have told me that this is the worst ownership/management team they've encountered. These people own 5 studios in the Tampa Bay area and they treat them like cash cows and show no concern for their customers and instructors.
