Since I don't live near a store, all of my shopping is done through the website. Some of the sale prices can be really good. I love these leggings!…read more I had seen Fabletics advertised online but I really wanted to try their leggings on in the store before buying. As soon as I put a pair on in the dressing room, I wondered why I hadn't found these sooner?! The employees were very helpful. I signed up for their VIP program which made my first two pairs of leggings $24 + tax. I couldn't believe what a savings it was. The employee explained the VIP program to me very clearly. It doesn't charge you each month unless you want it to. If it does charge you, the money you're charged basically goes into a savings account for you to use at a later point in time on a Fabletics purchase. To skip the monthly charge you simply open the app at the beginning of the month and hit skip. I went back a couple of weeks later and bought two more pairs of leggings and being a VIP member I got a discount. The store itself was already having a 40% off sale but VIP got 60% off. I wear my leggings around the house, to the gym and to run errands. They're super soft, super comfortable, they wash well (I lay them flat to dry) and they stay put on me (no constant yanking them back up like you have to do with some leggings.)

I love Sophia's! I am so happy this was my first (and last) stop. The group of girls on staff here…read moreare absolutely wonderful. Cassy helped me find my *perfect* wedding dress. As a first time bride, I didn't fully know what to expect, and honestly the whole shopping for a wedding dress thought seemed pretty daunting and overwhelming to me. I figured I would go with my mother to just look and hopefully see a few dresses I liked, and then go back with my bridesmaids to officially lock it in. Before my appointment, Cassy looked at my Pinterest board to get an idea of my style and had five dresses ready for me to try on when I arrived. Ok, so that helped TREMENDOUSLY since I figured I would be overwhelmed sifting through the racks. Cassy was incredibly intentional throughout the entire process and made me feel so comfortable. They even have portable fans in the dressing rooms in case you get hot while trying on dresses (me!). As I tried things on, Cassy paid close attention, listened, asked helpful questions, and gave me ideas that guided me along the way. My appointment was set for two hours, but we went over and I never felt rushed, which I really appreciated! A couple of weeks later, I came back with my bridesmaids and officially said yes to the dress! After that, they took my measurements and sent them to the designer to make my dress. The dress was made and shipped to the store within about five months. When it arrived, they called me for a dress reveal and wow, it felt like seeing it for the first time again. I can't give Sophia's enough praise for their outstanding service, attention to detail, and excellent quality across the board. I highly recommend this bridal shop! Bonus: They also have prom dresses, off the rack dresses, and more.

I had the best experience at Sophia's, my stylist Allie (I believe it was Allie) was OUTSTANDING…read moreand really and the experience perfect. I booked my appointment roughly 1 week before and had no problem getting in. I received so much welcome and support from the Sophia's team before even stepping foot on the property, they sent welcome videos, called to chat about my preferences, and let me add people to our group last minute. Also, they have a wide range of dresses in a very reasonable budget - coming from Chicago, this is a huge benefit because wedding dress prices have gone crazy over the past few years! Sophia's was my first and only stop in my dress hunt. Allie worked with me and my family to pull out different styles of dresses based solely on my preferences. She never pushed me to go beyond my budget, style preference, and she was the biggest hype girl! My group loved her and I give my highest recommendation to anyone booking an appointment at Sophia's. She made sure to give me time and attention as a bride while meeting the needs and excitement of my group as well.

I had the best experience, with 10 bridesmaids in my bridal party, I was expecting the bridesmaids…read moredress decision to be more difficult. I loved being able to make an appointment for all of us to go in at the same time and have our own bridesmaid dress stylist at hand. Kathleen helped us so much, she brought out an amazing black floral dress that my girls just adored, so we used that as our main piece to build around. Bella has so many designers and colors of dresses to choose from, they had super comfortable couches and chairs to relax in while everyone is trying on. You feel like a super star because all the focus is on you and your bridal party. I let the girls choose whatever color + style of dress they loved and felt comfortable in. They paired up in two's. 2-champagne's, 2-black florals, 2-dark greens, 2-light greens, 2-light grey's, sand colors but some different styles. They even have wedding rehearsal dresses, and flower girl dresses. Seriously, this color palate was completely made up within the hour we blocked out and it was PERFECT. The girls loved the convenience of the dressing rooms and fitting rooms being right there and able to all be done the same day. It was easier to have the girls order thru Bella, they gave me an extra 10% if you order 8 or more dresses. When the dresses were available for pick up, it was so nice and convenient to just go pick them up all at once for everyone. They come nice and neatly packaged, the sizes were perfect, I believe the only alterations my girls had to get was the hem (length) which was nice because they could customize it for any shoe they wanted to wear. After we ordered our dresses, it was lovely to walk across the street and celebrate our decisions with CAKE at Cake Bake! All around perfect day with my lovely bridesmaids!

On my first visit I purchased over $200 worth of goods. Upon my arrival home I was excited to put to work a leather bound water bottle. To my disappointment, the great flood was coming out of the bottom of the bottle. Understanding that things happen, I call the next day and was greeted with understanding and it eagerness to fix the product. I was told it was going to be a two week turnaround and unfortunately I was going to be leaving out of town for two months. Upon my arrival back to the store.... I had asked if I could exchange the water bottle for other items in the store, but because the manager was not on location one of the service team members called her. This woman is truly the worst person I have ever talked to on the telephone!!!!!!! She was not willing to exchange the product, she was not willing to do a refund while I was in the store and she had mentioned that she wouldn't be there until Tuesday of the following week where she wouldn't be able to do anything until then. So gracefully, I told her I would pay for the items in cash that I had picked out while I was in there and would she be able to do a refund or a credit on Tuesday when she comes in? She angrily and aggressively replied no! I can repair the product and you can come pick it up when you return home in two months. I will never be returning to the store again!!! I don't care how nice your stuff looks. If you sell somebody a defective product and you have a returning client you should attend to their needs and wants to ensure that they remain a return client. Shame! If I were the owners of that business I'd give her the fucking boot as fast as possible!!
