Because Florence was so crowded, we decided to leave Florence a day early to head for Tuscany. Davide was very flexible and came to pick us up when requested. Then we added another day of driving to Montalcino and Siena, which he gladly accommodated. At the end of our amazing stay in Tuscany, he came back to pick us up at our villa, and drove us to our hotel in Rome. Our hotel connected us with this company and Marco took fantastic care of us. He picked us up, took us to a beautiful river hike, came back to pick us up when we finished, got us back to our hotel and grabbed a coffee while we packed up, and then took us to the train station. Very reasonable pricing and fantastic service. Not only is he a driver but they also rent cars and do tours from Colle di Val D'Elsa. Highly recommend!

Bottled water was provided and he even stopped to get Fresh pizza for us. By the time we finished touring with Roberto for two days we felt that we knew so much about the area, history and culture of the region. Roberto's knowledge or art, history, food and culture was so impressive. The tour we did with Roberto was much more than him driving us from place to place. Each place we went was so carefully planned and curated. We visited wineries, vineyards and a sheep farm that makes cheese. With his help, we were able to visit every place we wanted to see as well as some smaller unknown, hidden gems. We saw so many beautiful landscapes and Roberto stopped frequently for us to take in the views! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Roberto. We paid $15 for a cab to go to the agency. Once we arrived, they kept insisting we needed collision damage waiver. Both of our credit cards automatically cover that and we knew from previous experience that we do not need it as our credit card covers us on rentals when we travel. They kept trying to charge us almost $1200. for the week and insisted that we could not apply the CDW coverage that we had. It was a bait and switch job! Rent your car elsewhere! These guys give Italy a bad name.
