I recommend getting any required electrical duct-work prepared prior to install day - We nearly had an incident where the electrical work was not complete in time for the systems and it would have cost to have the crew revisit to calibrate the systems.

Tech initially came 6 days ago. I'm frustrated that i have to see my baby struggling with the heat and afraid of her having a heatstroke. Coincidentally, there is a good review here with someone that has the same name as me, makes me wonder if they make fake profiles to keep a good rating. Since we're still in the process, if they are able to meet my necessities in the time frame I was given, within the next 2-3 days, I may consider changing my review. for now it's just leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
