My boyfriend's family was looking for a tuckpointing service to fix a crack spanning the front of…read moretheir brick home and also some repair work on the front porch. We set out on a Google search and precision tuckpointing was one of the first companies to come up. I though we might as well check out a company who literally has tuckpointing in there name- they must be the experts, right? After going through photos online we felt this was the company for the job and we sent an inquiry. Responses were fast and an appointment was made quickly. When they came to the house his mom was told that they could absolutely tackle the crack but that the brick porch was not a job they felt comfortable taking on due to too many bricks that needed replaced. This may sound like a bad thing- but we sincerely appreciated the honesty. Especially during this time of COVID-19, many businesses need our patronage more than ever. Having a company who knows what they do well and what is beyond a service that can be provided at a high quality level is a company we want to work with. They were able to complete the job with the crack across the from of the house and if you had never seen a before you wouldn't even be able to tell that a repair was made. They were very happy with the results and it has taken a weight off of their shoulders to know that further damage has been avoided by making these repairs. Very happy with the service!

Deck King was contracted to paint my house, install wood deck and cable wire railing system…read more I made a bad assumption that because he lives in the same city he would take pride in his work. Found out no permit was pulled, lucky for me no one was hurt as he had a very young crew climbing 40 ft ladders. Several issues, he was told by the structural engineer hired that there were spots of rotted wood. He ignored and built the wood decking on top of rotted wood. This caused water to then pour into my garage. Had three different roofing companies pinpoint the problem. Jim basically told me it wasn't his problem and left. The "cable railing" he installed was not only not correctly installed (he was called back multiple times because the wires literally fell down but after only six months also rusted. The material used was not meant for outdoor use. He was not registered with the city at the time of service,my bad. Always ask to see proof and license. I paid a lot of money and have now spent additional money to repair. In addition, if zoomed in..they used two 4ft posts clipped together that covered with a sleeve.. this was holding up a six foot cedar wall. It kept leaning and didn't know why until the company that came in to repair took it apart. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
