And he said well, i can't take you, they just told about you now. I called the dispatcher back and he said, oh, your car broke down. Really? I'm sorry but that is so lame. Worst service ever. No big deal right ? I guess not when your job is to sit a phone and dispatch cabs for other people who have to get to work too. Who cares right ? You're already at work. I'm completely disgusted. I've been using the service for weeks with no issue, aside from different drivers charging me an extra dollar. A simple "I apologize for the inconvenience mam" would've sufficed. P.s. it's 15 minutes later and still no car has arrived. Do not use this service! No respect for people's time.
