The Goddess of Food Has Taken Off Her Clothes and Invited Me Into Her Bed!

Babylon is an outdoor cafe along the edge of the Bjorns Tradgard playground.
The crowd is young and very cool. Outside of myself and my lovely wife, the only person there above the age of 40 was a 50ish male bald sculptor type with black sweatshirt, a goatee and earrings.
The setting is lovely. They have heat lamps that they run even in the summer to keep you roasty toasty outside.
The food and drink is OMG.
My wife had a charred cod in a black bean sauce with dill and vegetables, along with a Breton cider.
She was all grins from the start to the finish of her meal..
My beverage was an exceptional grapefruit caiparinha. You can't get a good grapefruit caiparinha in Brazil - except maybe at the Academia de Cachaca in Rio. This was an amazing grapefruit caiparinha - and strong enough to intoxicate an entire army platoon, let alone little old me.
Note that the drink menu here is heavily globalized. I saw maybe one Swedish beer on the menu. But the bartender knows what he is doing with his international programme. He is very skilled indeed.
Dinner was a selection of Hammarstrom's herrings with a generous supply of garnishes.
Hammarstrom's is a fish market about a block from the restaurant that makes the most amazing herring on the planet.
They offered a curried herring, a creamed herring, a herring in mayonnaise, and a matjes herring with strong cinnamon accents.
Orgasm 1, Orgasm 2, Orgasm 3, and Orgasm 4 ... and then the cycle would repeat.
In between peak thrills, I would regain steam with good boiled potatoes, fine rye crackers, two superlative Swedish cheeses, and a rich cream cheese for spreading on a crusty homemade white bread.
The grapefruit caiparinha punctuated the sentences in the series.
Each time I returned to each distinctive form of herring, the flavor was stronger, more complex, more distinctive and more intense.
I took hours to finish that platter because I never wanted any bite to end.
