For a woman with my medical history, it is typical for the cervix to tighten and harden shut. Dr. Oswald had to continually get new tools to get mine open which caused such extreme pain I almost collapsed in my car as I was leaving. I was able to get back inside and collapsed into a chair. They put me in a wheelchair and I was taken to the back where I got ill and was given a shot for pain. I will never use this facility again and I'm glad I didn't try to drive home, I would not have made it.

She was very rude and condescending to me and offered me anxiety meds! Like hot flashes and anxiety are all in my head...ok. I was told I likely had an autoimmune condition and was referred for further testing, which ended up being not true and unnecessary with now major financial burden. I later sought a second opinion, received appropriate treatment, and my symptoms improved significantly. I would recommend getting a second opinion if something does not feel right. All I got here was a huge bill and no help.

Dr. Whitaker and the nursing staff are kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experiences with the…read morefront desk and billing department have been less than satisfactory. After three visits--one lasting 30 minutes and two lasting 15 minutes--I have incurred charges totaling $400, despite discussing the same two issues each time, with the only difference being an allergic reaction. I am disappointed by the lack of progress and feel as though the focus is more on financial gain than on patient care. Given the amount I have spent without seeing results, I would suggest exploring other resources for better guidance. I hope this feedback proves useful for others.

While the Nurse Practitioner was efficient, my request to have the daily morning/evening routine…read moreand 3 different products (what to use, when) to please be written down, went completely unaddressed. I was handed a duplex printed paper which was like an "if/then/else process" with variability and not my specific products throughout, and it did contains chemical names, not my specific products. I have requested this each visit and am sure that I am not the only person who asks for more than just the verbal instructions given during the exam. It is reasonable to be specific to my treatment and not a guessing game left up to my interpretation. Instead of addressing my specific questions, and clearly listing the steps morning and night with the specific products for my personal treatment, I have to try to figure out what the heck and when to use what! I notice this hesitation to write down anything with many offices now and feel that it is a drop in service for whatever reason (liability-related?, laziness?), but it frustrates me unnecessarily. Additionally, when I call to make an appointment for my preferred location, I am met with pushback because of where I may have been seen the previous time, which I occasionally accommodate for scheduling reasons. Once they put down a preferred location and if I correct them that, yes, I did see them at the Lowell location, but I prefer the Fayetteville, there is an snark. I'll just add that I try to be pleasant, but due to this ongoing resistance, I am going to find a different practice.

I had to come in for my eczema on my hands last year and it was a very troubling experience. Prior to my appointment with Hull, i had multiple appointments with mercy hospital's urgent care teama nd they misdiagnosed my eczema 3 times in a row. First time as a staff, then second time as fungus, and then third time as SPIDER BITE? Thats how bad my eczema was. I was under a ton of stress, due to the tornado situation that happened last year. So it contribued to my eczema which like destroyed my fingers. My doctor at hull (i am so sorry i don't remember her name she was petite and blonde and very nice..?) was like "oh yeah that's eczema!" and she prescribed me clobetasol and like. i kid u not... it cleared up in like a week. Now whenever i start to flare up (it happens during the summers but last year was just super duper bad for some reason (like i said i think it was the stress..) i just put a little of the clobetasol on my hand and wear a glove overnight and bingo bongo its gonezo hehe. :D SO thank you doctor who I can't remember the name of off the top of my head because it's been a year since I've seen you uwu. You were the best thing to happen to me last summer (because like, my hands were GNARLY bruh)

The lady I talked with and the one who did my scan her name was Kim. So what was nice is I came in to check in thinking I was going to need to fill out a bunch of paperwork but it was simple. The lady who checked me in asked me a few questions and I was off to get this test. Kim she was the sweetest lady she was very helpful with getting me ready and letting me know what to expect. The test only took about 10 minutes to do. Kim made sure that I was very comfortable and made sure I had warm blankets on me the whole time. After the test I gave her a big hug and told her I was very appreciative of her helping me go through this time. So Thankyou Kim

I recently contacted your office to request a referral to a dermatologist for my daughter, who has…read morebeen experiencing hair loss. She has already tried medication prescribed by a doctor in India, but unfortunately it hasn't helped. I was told we would need to come in for a visit in order to receive a referral. During our appointment, the doctor entered the room and immediately said she would refer us to a specialist, possibly for a biopsy, without examining my daughter. That sudden mention of a biopsy was alarming, and I asked if she could at least take a look and possibly recommend any medication in the meantime. At that point, the doctor responded in a dismissive manner and said, "I don't want to try like your Indian doctor." I found this comment extremely inappropriate and culturally insensitive. It was hurtful and unprofessional, and it made us feel judged and unwelcome. When I asked again about the dermatologist referral, she told me a referral wasn't even necessary and that I could book directly. I'm still confused as to why I was required to come into the office if no examination was going to be done and no referral was needed. This was a very upsetting experience, especially considering the respectful care we've received from Dr. Harvey in the past. There was a clear lack of compassion and professionalism during this visit, and I believe this behavior needs to be addressed.
