Branded products from the likes of Disney and Nickelodeon are on sale at attractive prices, the store offers a wide range of sizes and styles and the people that work here all seem to be friendly child-lovers who know exactly what they're talking about if ever you ask their advice. I took my 6 year-old cousin here recently and both of us were very impressed. She was instantly besotted with the store's diverse range of princess-style Disney dresses and cartoon-inspired clothes and I ended up spending much more than anticipated on her belated birthday presents! I'd definitely visit again in the future.

Spoke to one of the girls who found them for me without a problem and a smile on her face. They have a good display of pushchairs, cots etc so you really can see the quality before buying. Here they stock a large selection of children's clothes from around Europe. My friend's daughter loves this shop, she was particularly impressed with the array of floral colour provided by the Kenzo range, and I had to agree, she looked adorable in all the outfits she tried on. My shopping experience was enhanced due to this unique shop, it's range of clothes I had not seen in the larger retail outlets and the customer service from the sales assistant who was passionate about what she was doing. If I had a young child I'd want him/her to stand out from the rest too by wearing something different to the rest.

Pros: fresh food market hall downstairs, proper cafe upstairs, click and collect, M&S quality products, mens, womens, and children's clothing, and M&S has started their own rewards Sparks card. Located in the mall, so there's a parking garage from the elevators. Cons: quite small, very small feeling in fact, old flooring and lighting, needs a new coat of paint, cafe looks really outdated, poorly laid out, and their clothing selection mostly caters here for the elderly. And the toilets are super old and half of the time are never functioning. I heard that most of Coventry City Center will be knocked down and rebuilt, and I think if this place wants to stand a chance against the new high class shops arriving within the next few years, then corporate better offer a full face lift, expansion, and start catering towards the University Students. All in all, I still shop here weekly and will continue to do so, but I see so much more potential at this M&S!

I bought a set of high stacking boxes for my one year old daughter, each with cool animal prints all designed to help her learn numbers and names of animals and vehicles. Very cool graphics and again something you wouldn't get everywhere. Staff were friendly, great for presents too.
