The toys are up to date. the teachers don't only just watch your kids they bond with them, they teach them, they interact with them, they build an actual relationship with the kiddos I've seen the teachers build connections with the parents and as a parent I'm so glad they do because like I wanna know who watching my kid. I've never been at a work place that cares so much about each other and treats each other like family. I love every single classroom in there but I'll love to give some shout outs chels, lily and kat in the sprouts . I didn't know much of the girls in the lady bug room but I'll like to give a shoutout to Stef that works in the room and she's so amazing with the kiddos again having a genuine communication with the parents again she teaches the kids not only just watching them!! (I've seen so many childcare places that just watches the kids and not teach them) she has so many fun activities in the room and another thing she doesn't yell at the kids out of every childcare place I appreciate this one for redirecting the kids and not yelling at them thank you. Shout out to Lindsay the lunch lady there I appreciate her for always being so kind and making sure the kids and staff have full belly's, cooking and preparing meals is a lot something I could never do props to her, lastly I'll like to shout out to amber in grizzlys she's so caring and so kind she's so observant with every kid and I love how she can point at each student and tell me things she loves about each of them she's so good at activities there, let's the kids have fun, let's the kids be goofy, she redirects the kids instead of don't do this don't do that and I just see a lot of how I wanna teach in her. She is in the Pre-K class, aged 4-5. She has brought home a whopping two class assignments. TWO. In six months. The teacher's don't put an effort in, it's just a paycheck for them, and the owner "Shani" cares more about his money than the purpose of his business. My daughter attended a preschool out of state for four years that was beyond better than here. The place is a madhouse every day with no plans and structure and consistency for the children. My daughter had the exact experience as the review from Taylor. She was told she was a danger to…read morethe class and was dismissed from the childcare facility if you can even call it that. They singled her out and tried to tell me she dI'd not have ADHD because "she (audrey) has kids with adhd and they don't act like this". She was diagnosed with this by a psychiatrist. I asked on many occasions for the staff and director/ owner Audrey to meet with riverbend to make a plan on how to move forward with my daughter's behavior. Audrey would switch the conversation and state "she didn't want to stress me out". They left my daughter with her husband at the front entrance on her last day which made me incridably uncomfortable. Audrey also told me just as Taylor was told that "no other children behave like mine does." Weird Audrey, since another child was told the exact same thing. They told me that she could no longer go to the childcare center through a mere text. Her other daycare which we returned to despite the distance from my new job is helping return my bubbly 4 year to who she was prior to going here. My daughter never acted this way prior to going here. I worry about what happened her there since she is too young to be able to tell me. Most of her behavior is typical for a 4 year old. Even riverbend community mental health confirmed this for me. They hire young kids who do nothing but sit on their phones all day. I walked in on staff doing their makeup despite children being in the building already. I witnessed children in the halls unattended. When my daughter returned to her old daycare the staff and children cheered to see her again. When she left they sent her a box stuffed with gifts as a goodbye gift. her therpist tells me she's a "treasure of a young girl". They tack on an extra charge for those on state assistance which our current/old daycare never did. I asked Audrey many times what the cost of care would be and she told me the same as the other childcare since i had assistance. this was not true. And I didn't find out until afterwards despite basically begging for transparency as a single mom of two.

They've done nothing but single out my child, and called me on multiple occasions "Your child is a DANGER, I cannot keep anyone safe!" Meanwhile, he's four with Asperger's syndrome. They kicked out my son with a mere text message, without any kind of professional setting. When I went to go pick up my child's belonging all his art was completely soaked because they haphazardly placed an OPEN water bottle that was full. This seemed to have gotten worse when my husband and I immediately noticed an illegal transaction that was manually processed, for 430 dollars. We addressed this issue with them and it took a MONTH of blatant lack of accountability for their actions, to get any sort of refund. Since that, it seemed like they targeted my child. Jay/James/Jim Moran, the several different aliases that he's presented has a hefty criminal background (theft), knowing this doesn't surprise me now that I've done some research, that that money was illegally taken from our account. Audrey the owner also told my husband that my son "No one acts like your child in all of NH!" If this is how hostile this woman is towards mere 4-year-old shows how's the lack of integrity, and human decency, that she displays as an example to not only the children but the staff. I'm happy to bring this closing with positivity, my son is now being enrolled with an accredited school that specializes in childhood development, and one that has a disability.
