My husband and I reached out to one of the realtors, Lori Wills in regards to a property as we just…read moremoved here from Texas. We had our pre approval letter in hand and asked to see one of her homes. She rarely addressed our concerns with why the property was on the market for so long, made no recommendations for what we were looking for and told us she felt my husband and I were too young and not serious enough to be looking for a home. When I requested to speak with her supervisor she gave me the run around and I would leave several voicemails for the number she gave me who she claimed was her broker. A week later and I still haven't received a call back. When we spotted her last night at a bar we calmly asked if the house was still for sale as we were interested and she proceeded to tell us to reach out to Malmstrom housing and that we would have better luck with them. My husband asked me to leave her table and as I did she grabbed my wrist and handed me a napkin that stated "Look up Deegan Wills," and demanded I help bring justice to this town. There are better ways to get a lower commission rate and still have a realtor do what they can to help you buy a house. I will be letting my military family and friends know to avoid this company like the plague.

Come to find out a WEEK before closing that they were only fixing minimal issues for our VA loan and a $1k credit towards all of the Electrical issues that needed $6k or more work. Totally unprofessional and our realtor had to go out of his way and speak with the broker of your firm to get things done and have solid answers.
