I easily made reservations online, and Lea got back to me immediately to confirm. The shop is easy to find, and has their own, nice large parking lot. The shop is a huge jewelry store, specializing in permanent jewelry, and has a beautiful selection. Lea works out of the back part of the store, came to greet me, then brought me back to start looking over the jewelry. I love that I was able to consult with her first about what would work best for me. I also appreciate that she had the largest selection of titanium jewelry that I have seen. Once my earring was picked out, she brought me into the piercing room, which was the largest, cleanest, brightest piercing room I have ever been in. She followed every sanitary procedure, and in no time I was out of there with a new piercing. Piercing cost $35, and the earring cost $65. Then, of course, I tipped her for the piercing. An excellent experience start to finish, and I will definitely be back.
