We've been treated by several podiatrists over the years there and they've all been average at best. We met Dr. Xiao yesterday and her treatment of my mother was tremendous. My mother was ecstatic after the treatment, calling it "painless". We are now requesting Dr. Xiao each time we go back.

He has treated me twice for similar situations, and never once did I feel like "just another patient", he is personal, funny and completely calm even when I freak out. I am a patient of his at the diabetic wound care center in St. Catherine's Hospital and the entire staff is amazing, I'm almost happy to go there ;)

My husband, son, & I have been patients of Drs. Replogle & Dittmar for years. Lately my son has…read moreneeded more padding for his feet so Dr. Replogle recommended orthotics. He got new ones which were covered by insurance - although they were $300. By the end of his basketball season there were holes in the foam portions of the orthotics. I just returned from the visit where got new ones. It was a disaster! First, we waited a half hour. Then I began questioning why the new refurbish orthotics cost $150- when only the foam part was replaced. Well...Replogle became annoyed, exhaled, sat back, told me he was the doctor, and that the orthotics company is HIS company! He was cocky and rude. It was as if I broke the rules by daring to question him. (I should rip up the $150- check!) As my son and I left, we told both doctors, the receptionist, and the remaining patients that we will no longer be going to this place because of the unpleasant experience. I need to find another podiatrist - one who is willing to explain things to his patients, not gouge prices, one who doesn't own the orthotics company, and someone who does not ramble on and on about feet. I feel badly for Dr. Dittmar because we do like him. Maybe Dittmar should strike out on his own and leave Replogle!

Would give negative stars if I could. Been going here for…read morethe last 10 months because of excruciating foot pain. For 10 months they tried shots and steroids, and wanted me to try orthotics and shockwave therapy. I agreed to the orthotics because everything else hadn't worked (after wasting time and money going to appointments telling me to come back on two weeks if ____ didn't work). Had a few days where my pain shot up from a 9 to a 15 on the pain scale while waiting for my orthotics and decided to go to a different office. Immediately my new doctor recommended I get an MRI because he was worried I had a tear in my plantar fascia and that my problem was NOT just heel spurs like Dr. Siegel and Berlin had seen on my x-ray. Sure enough, I had a partial tear and after 4 weeks in a walking boot and in PT, I am PAIN FREE!!! All that time and money wasted when they could have sent me for an MRI from the start!! Besides that, the billing/scheduling department here is HORRENDOUS!!!! They are constantly "losing" payments (thank god for bank statements!!) and I've had to cancel the same appointment numerous times because they never cancelled it when I first called!! Also, the older blonde woman in the office is the WORST human on the face of the planet. She has no compassion for people and looks down her nose at patients. She thinks her shit doesn't stink for whatever reason and isn't willing to help with any situation, just leaves it for the poor kids behind the desk. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend this place. I trusted these doctors to help me, and instead they saw me as an easy meal ticket.
