Contacted Delta Doors and More after garage door opener failures on both of our doors…read moresimultaneously. I contacted Chamberlain first and learned that our belts and pulleys were still under warranty so they would send out replacements but my husband was reluctant to attempt the repair. Set up a service appointment and they were not only able to come out quickly - they also did not charge a trip fee - a true rarity from living in a rural place where everyone charges one. Repairs were made and doors adjusted and made to operate quietly like new. They're now supposed to return to do some work on our barn garage doors and I expect the same level of professionalism and excellent service. Long story short is that if you are on the Western Slope, and especially if you're in Paonia or Hotchkiss, do yourself a favor and call Delta Doors and Moore...you won't regret it!

I found Mr. J. Davis of Montrose Handyman on Yelp because I needed my dryer repaired. He had no…read moreposted reviews, but I decided to reach out to him on 2/15/22 after viewing his website - MontroseColoradoHandyman.com. He returned my email promptly and arrived late afternoon the next day to check out my dryer. He agreed to order the necessary part for repair, stating he doesn't service many GE dryers and only had Samsung parts in stock. Eight days later, I was still waiting for an update. I called him and left a message saying if he was having difficulty getting the part to let me know, and I would go ahead and purchase a new dryer, restating I still wanted his service to clean the dryer duct as we had discussed during the initial consult. I asked him to call me back and let me know. It is now 3/6/22, and he has not made any effort to communicate with me at all. For this reason, I am leaving a negative review solely because of his unprofessionalism and lack of customer service.
