I love that the produce are loose and you can buy as much as you want. The bakery section is the best! I love that you can buy as many bread as you want and nothing is prepacked. Environment Right by west oaks mall. So there is plenty of parking space. The shopping carts were short.. but there was baskets and also baskets with wheels! Everything was neatly packed the inside is big and looks very bright and clean! Hope it can stay like this! Niceness of the staff There is self checkout and there is a staff very attentive taking the baskets and ready to help ring anything up or help you navigate. But the machine was very easy to use Dollar I thought it was decently priced (if you compare to Publix) the papaya was $1/lb. Yes? I would definitely check this place out.

I had passed by this barn-like structure near downtown Orlando before and wondered what it was…read more Well, it is a very busy meat and produce store! We went on a Sunday and the parking lot was packed so we had to circle to find a spot. Luckily, there seem to always be people coming AND going so it only took a few minutes. Freshfields Farm is split up into 3 distinct areas - the fresh meat store, the fresh produce store, and the ice cream (and hot dog) window. We decided to head to the meat entrance first. The area is not that big but it is just lots of selections of fresh meat, cheese and butter. The meats seemed to be pretty good prices, slightly below Publix where I normally shop. There was ground beef, turkey, steak, chicken and seafood. Plus some huge cuts of meat like picanha and ribs. If you are going to have a BBQ, this is the place to go. Also, workers were constantly bringing out new packages and some people were waiting for them. I picked up 2 pounds of ground beef and some boneless, skinless chicken breasts. The cashiers were nice and super quick. Then we headed outside and then next door to the produce section. Basically the same as the meat department but filled with produce. There were bins of fresh strawberries when we walked in as well as avocados, a whole section of bananas and plantains, rainbow carrots, and even full cacao pods! I'm guessing they just showcase fresh seasonal produce so for example, while there were fresh plums, I didn't see navel oranges. There was also a fridge case full of squeezed juices and lemonades. And a big section of various types of mushrooms. I got a package of sliced cantaloupe and a big pack of 30 eggs. We checked out the ice cream window, which looked super yummy but because we hadn't eaten lunch yet, we decided we'll come back another time to try it.

Typically, the staff is working diligently to ensure the shelves are stocked and it is rare that I find things out of stock here. The parking lot has a lot of spaces for parking and workers collecting carts to ensure they're well supplied inside the store. The hardest part of shopping at Publix, in general, is the cost. I find that I'm spending the same amount of money at Trader Joes, Target, or Aldi for only a few items. I would do 100% of my shopping at this location if it were more affordable. Nonetheless, I will still continue to come here (even after renovations happen!).

There was no one there and all the doors were open so I just walked in to the closest one. A few min into trying on there's a pounding in the door and a woman demanding I come out for her to count my items and referencing some sign. When I come out she points to a sign (lottery facing the opposite direction-I never actually saw the front of the sign or what it said) Well I came in through the opposite entry way and didn't see it. This doesn't feel like it is a unique experience. Of you want w time to see it maybe have it print front and pack and at both entry points? So after getting lectured-she continues to be rude and talk about this sign. I deposit a few I times because apperently I had too many. When I re-entered the fitting room I noticed a reddish brown mark on the wall. Clearly old dried blood smeared on the wall. Charming. (I'll share a photo) I made her aware of it and she literally said "well it wasn't there when I left" ...accusing me of smearing a bio hazard in the wall. Now if we use our brains & look at the smear we see that that it was long dried. If I had done something that deplorable, in the time frame I was m the space, it wouldn't be dry. Clearly they are not cleaning their fitting rooms at regular intervals. Also if I was the disgusting individual who did that why would I report it? Her name was Dorthy. I did speak to customer service about her. I truly hope she is removed from a customer facing role because none of the way she behaved towards me was appropriate but accusing someone who let you know that there is a bio hazard on a wall is really unacceptable inappropriate and unprofessional. And this should not have to be said but since this is the second time in a week I have experienced something of this nature personally, why are smearing our bodily fluids on walls? Like that's disgusting. Other people have to be in those spaces. Please do not do this. I mean please don't do this to walls of your home either but like in a public space? Come on guys

I wasn't there to make friends and none actually ticked me off. The ones more genuine and seemed "happy" to be there were the men and women in the little separated cooked food area when you first walk in (you pay separately there, so maybe they are not affiliated with the actual store). Picked up some Asian (Chinese?) roasted pork strips (butt or shoulder?), which later turned out to be as good as it looked. Entered the market itself and was pretty amazed at how much they had to offer. I picked up some fresh chicken wings and goat meat (plan to smoke them) from the meat department. The employee there was not as disgruntled, but wasn't amicable either. I ended up picking up a few fresh vegetables, packaged spice mixes & bottled sauces, and what was left of the "real" wasabi (not the light green stuff a vast majority of sushi places provide). There was a lot of hustle and bustle happening at this place no doubt. I will return when in need of any Asian flavors or vegetables; or for more of that delicious roasted pork. Unless of course I find an Asian market closer to home that offers the array of products I want. My only real disappointment was having a cucumber rot within 1.5 days and having to toss it.
