Today was my first time trying a smoothie bowl, and I'm glad this place was my first experience. I ordered the Harmony Vanilla Smoothie Bowl and was immediately impressed by the presentation--the staff clearly put a lot of care into their craft. The base was creamy and reminded me of ice cream, with specks of vanilla bean throughout. The granola and walnuts were rich, sweet, and crunchy, providing a pleasant contrast in texture. The dried cranberries added a nice art flavor, and with the bitter and floral undertones of the added cinnamon, they both helped cut through the bowl's sweetness. The almond butter and bananas helped balance everything out too, making the bowl very satisfying to eat. As for the service, the staff were friendly and sociable, checking in to make sure I didn't need anything and that everything was satisfactory. The restaurant itself was clean, well-maintained, and featured bright, bold colors throughout the dining area. Well what can I say but this is my most favorite juice and smoothie bar to visited! I have 2 favorite smoothie bowl: Chocolate cravings and Mango dreaming! All can say hallelujah when I put that first spoon full in my mouth! And the crunch from the granola, lord have mercy! The owners are my two favorite people and the greeting you receive upon walking in makes you feel like you're back home ( kinda like Norm in Cheers)! I have been trying to be healthier and make better choices when it comes to eating and drinking. This place really assists with that. You can order off the menu and get whatever you want, but you can also pre-order and get juice cleanses to go. I really like when places offer that option. If you try anything, make sure you try the hummus toast. It was so good refreshing and filling. I felt like I was eating so healthy and I will have to come back just for this. I had the Mango Dreaming smoothie bowl and it's the best smoothie bowl I've had in St Louis. The nuts were so fresh & crunchy and the granola & almond butter were perfect.
