If we didn't really need what we went in for we would have left. When he walked up there was no apology for the wait, he didn't even acknowledge my mom and almost threw her receipt at her. We almost thought he was just having a bad night until the customer behind us walked up to the register and ol' Mark just lit up like a Christmas tree and came alive. It was clear to us then that his attitude and demeanor had nothing to do with having a bad night but it had everything to do with us being african american. So maybe take a better look at the caliber of people you hire. If they're racist customer service might not be the line of work they need to be in.
