We happened to find Westside Tire just from seeing what was close to us on Google Maps, and we definitely lucked out! They were able to get the tire examined and patched in a little under an hour, and we were back on the road quickly (and it was only $30). I was ready to pay for a new tire if needed, and their honesty and integrity by just patching it rather than replacing it is greatly appreciated. The wonderful service here honestly turned around everything about that day, and we made it back to NYC safely about 7 hours later. While we may not find ourselves back in this area again (I'm not hoping for another tire leak...), if you're nearby and end up here, you won't be disappointed.

I had called AAA to help with the tire change. They were not able to do it due to missing an adapter for the socket to take off the caps. It was going to turn in to a tow at this point. I called the owner, Jr Natal, back about the issue. I was trying to figure out if I should have my car towed to his business or not. He told me to hang out as he would be on his way. He was there about 10 minutes later. Fortunately, Cutty's, across the street, had someone come and assist with the removal of the caps. Prior to this, Jr Natal offered me two replacement tires at his cost due to a previously cancelled order. This is service above and beyond. I have probably driven past this business thousands of times over the years. I will be giving them all my future business when it comes to tires or repairs. Top notch!

Great customer service!…read more I accompanied my friend while he was looking to test drive and possibly purchase one of their vehicles. The salesman couldn't have been nicer. He brought the car inside from the bitter cold so my friend could get a good look at it without freezing our behinds off. It had a very mom-and-pop feel to it due to the friendliness, great customer service, no pushy salesman, and availability of the staff. Cars in the lot are marked very clearly with prices, mileage, and all the specs on the cars. Inside, the showroom is very tidy, there's signs notifying of occupancy limits, and a mask mandate. The bathroom was very clean and there was a nice refreshment area and comfortable seating areas. Although my friend didn't end up buying a car that day, I would still much recommend this business to Jose in the market for a vehicle.

On Monday (today), I got a call from Kyle Whelan to let me know that he's vetoing the deal and will charge me an extra $5,000. I asked him very direct questions about his integrity. He specifically told me that he was not going to honor the word of his team and that it was a "miscommunication" (despite the original deal receiving manager approval and has Kyle's name on it). He admitted to calling neighboring dealerships to compare prices after we made the deal on Saturday and today he settled on $5k over. At the end of the call, I finally told him that I have no respect for the way he represented the store and Kyle said he didn't care.
