I did not give them approval to put us on a schedule and they cleaned the windows anyway. We were closed and they only cleaned the outside windows and charged us the same as they would if they cleaned both the inside and outside. They let us know that if we aren't on the schedule they will now be charging us an up charge for calling "last minute." We will be shopping for a new window cleaner.

The bot contacted me 3x and they called me 2x. This almost all happened within a very small 3hr time frame but the first text came immediately after my inquiry which is not entirely an uncommon practice. But 5x contact attempts within 14hrs is insane and 4x in 3hrs is down right annoying, unacceptable, and predatory business practices. I ended up telling their bot to remove me from their call and email lists and asked them not to send postal mail either. I blocked them and reported them as spam, which the phone also suggested they might be.
