I've been wanting to come to this lounge since my first visit to Berlin. For some weird reason, I always through b flat was very far from the metro lines, but no, it's literally between 2 (S) stations (Alexanderplatz & Hackescher Markt) and next to a U station (Weinmeisterstraße). Very convenient.
The space is perfect for small groups. When I went, they stuffed 8 brass, 5 saxes, a piano, and a complete drum set onto the stage, it was almost comical how they all fit.
The stage is in the room when you first walk downstairs, if you want to be able to talk with your friends, then turn left towards the bar and another left to the cozy sit down space at the back. You wont be able to see the musicians, but you'll have a better time talking with your friends.
For the music enthusiasts, grab any seat you can find once you walk down, just keep an eye out for those "reserved" signs. Just about any seat would give you a great view.
Just a side note, from the outside, it may look a bit sketchy if you're walking by yourself...
