They arrived at 9am this morning and are now just finishing up at 1:30pm! They did an incredibly thorough job- more than I could have ever done myself, to help me prepare to cart around my newborn during COVID times. They brought everything they needed to clean my car- just used my external power outlet and water supply (but they have a generator and I think they can even bring the water if needed). They are extremely experienced and just all around nice people. I will go with them again in the future if I need to have a car detailed.

It was a good value with the basic wash. However the last time I went, I noticed a more noise than usual and it felt like something came down hard on the top of my car. I came out with a damaged shark fin antenna and a scratch on the top of my car. While vacuuming, I noticed water had started leaking through the damaged shark fin and onto my back seat. I was extremely disappointed about the damage. I didn't bring it up to the manager on duty after my wash because I thought it would just be an easy fix. But I'm regretting it now after researching how to replace the gasket on my own. I really enjoyed taking my car here before, and I was considering getting the membership, but now it's just not worth the risk to me. I will be going to a touchless wash from now on once I get this leaky antenna fixed.
