He allowed us to browse, uninterrupted and was available to answer any questions that we had. He made the buying process very relaxed and convenient. She helped me think about dimensions, material, color, etc. I went home and did some measurements in my home and came back a few weeks later to design it in person with her. The sofa was backordered at the time of order, but Vic ensured it would get delivered in a week. When the furniture came, unassembled, it was missing the ottoman. I called Vic and he had it delivered the next day. Then, during assembly, one of the screws was defective and Vic personally delivered replacements screws, same day, to our home. The wood base feels very solid and you can tell it's real craftsmanship when you see it up close. The cushions are deep but still supportive. I think it which was important since this is our main couch and we wanted it for weekend lounging. The best thing about it is that it doesn't feel mass-produced. I think it has something to do with the overall proportions and the way the upholstery fits into the frame that makes it feel like it was built specifically for our living room space.
