The shop is super clean and the pricing is very reasonable for a barbershop. Also a great little story as I was waiting. A teenager had gone and gotten his haircut at a Great Clips/Sports Clips and they messed his hair up pretty good. Madison cleaned him up nicely and also only charged him for a quick trim which showed great customer service.

The barbershop is clean, inviting, and has a great vibe. There's very little wait time, the chairs are super comfortable, and the magazines are up to date. They even have small games available for customers to enjoy while they wait. In the heat of summer, the shop stays cool and comfortable, and in the cold of winter, it's warm and cozy. All the barbers are friendly, and the steady stream of regular customers says a lot about the quality of their work. Parking has never been an issue either, and they have handicapped parking available. Our barber, Raven Baker, is absolutely top-notch--both highly skilled and incredibly attentive. The haircuts she gave us were exactly what my brother Tim and I wanted. But beyond being a great barber, Raven is also wonderfully personable. She takes time to understand our preferences, offers helpful advice, and makes the whole experience enjoyable. She's very patient with both of us, and we always leave feeling like valued customers. Raven's haircuts often draw compliments for both me and my brother, and we couldn't recommend her more highly. If you're looking for a talented and kind barber, Raven Baker is the one! I specifically looked for a small, local shop with a badass vibe that would take care of my young guys. I made reservations several days ahead and we made an event out of it. We went to lunch, we checked out the tattoo shops. We came by 20 mins early. The shop was closed. No one ever came by. And 10 minutes before each of our appointments I got a txt that our reservations were cancelled by Fade Parlor. No note. No apology. Nothing. My guys were so excited. Now guess what they think about small local tattoo/barber shop businesses? Fade Parlor, you fkd up today. If you're reading this review, I have to be honest, I don't know that I would trust this business.

Walk-ins are available but they prefer appointments which can be done online. The convenience of that and being able to pick my barber, Rhegess, was a perk. The shop is located on 3rd Ave so there were many spots for street parking. When I got there, I was immediately taken care of. Rhegess did a great job at giving me the fade I wanted as we had a great time chatting about school and life. He took his time with my hair which I appreciated greatly as I have been with barbers who have not. For the rest of my time in Birmingham, I will continue to visit Trim and I encourage you to do the same!

My son is not fond of getting his hair cut. But, Judson changed that! He took care of him, even lined up his peach fuzz stache! My son couldn't be happier. The shop was clean, Judson was punctual and professional. Appointment made online, started on time and was approximately 30 minutes. We ended up staying a few minutes because the guys were chopping it up. One of the things my son dislikes about going to the barber shop is the long wait. We don't have all day to wait for a cut, even when an appointment had been made (still waited with our previous barber). So this is a deal breaker for us. Plus the price is very reasonable. We will be back!
